“I can't believe I haven't reviewed this wonderful restaurant. The food is SO good. I like the birria here more than anywhere else I've tried downtown. Just remember that the bowls and tacos do not travel well, so order tortas or burritos for take-out or delivery.“

“The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!! The store is clean and tidy. The only thing I can say against the place was that the tables were in rough shape, but they were clean(people have carved initials on most of the tables). I also realize that something like this cannot be controlled and that there’s no point in putting nice tables in the place, as they will be carved up in a week. But, that’s not enough to deter me from being a customer.

“The incredible staff and manager was able to accommodate a party 17 people a couple hours before the reso. When our restaurant booking nearby for a world cup game fell through, La Carnita came through.

Not only did they accommodate us last minute, but also managed to place us all together in front of a t.v. in a semi-private section in the restaurant.

“Stopped by to check out the Tacobel Discovery Boxes and was really impressed. The boxes themselves look like a fun activity, but the best part was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was inside each box and even showed us a sample of the fossils. It’s clear they care about their products and their customers. Will definitely be back“

“The taco assembly kit is definitely a one of a kind experience, not to mention the mac n cheez quesadilla was lovely. The star of the show however is the Reese's peanut butter and chocolate shake (specify you want it vegan cause altho food is fully vegan the shakes can be made with diary also)!!!“

“This location has 3 kiosk and allows you to customize your order so you can add or remove stuff you don't want. It's very busy so you will likely have to wait for a while, but they have never messed up my order and I have a bunch of adjustments. My favourite location by far.“
