“When you are not in your hometown but 7 hours away and your wife tells you at 11:00 at night she wants tacos, you find a place to get tacos. Luckily enough this location was literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel we were staying at so we decided to go. We expected the worst as when we got there the lineup for drive-through was around the entire restaurant. It is not a very big location and even though there were a few tables occupied it was spotless. We went in we placed our order and to our surprise within 5 minutes we had our stuff and we're on the way out the door despite how busy it was. The crew there ran like a well-oiled machine and nobody was waiting more than a couple of minutes for their food. If restaurants in Ottawa ran this well I would probably go to more of them. This will be a must stop anytime we're in Brantford great establishment and absolutely amazing service the staff there is to be commended.Wheelchair accessibility: It does not seem to be on the what did you order selections but we did order Crunchwrap Supremes. Absolutely not the greatest choice for close to midnight cuz you will pay for it the next day, but 100% without a doubt worth every second of it“
“Standard Taco Bell food & service. They have only screwed up on order of mine which is pretty good for a fast food place. Always give extra hot sauce when I ask & the staff have always been friendly. Had a take out meal at Taco Bell for the very first time and found the food very good. Ordered the cheesy supreme meal, burrito beef, and the supreme fries. Tasted very good. The server, Bronwyn was very polite in assisting me in the ordering process seeing that this was my 1st visit. Will be back for seconds soon.“
“I’m in shock!!! I used the drive through. i had a gift card and GAURA served me. i can’t thank her enough for paying for my meal. They had a system problem and she paid for it. This young lady was so helpful and didn’t keep me waiting long. i’m super impressed!“
