We have been coming to this Swiss Chalet a couple times a month for the last year and were blown away by the amazing service we got from Joely. She was super friendly, engaging, and attentive. Whatever we needed she was able to provide in a quick manner and we had an incredible meal that was delicious. My husband and I eat out frequently and I mean it when I say that she is probably the best server we have ever had at a restaurant. We will continue coming back to this location and hope each time that we can get Joely as our server. Keep up the great work!”

I like that theres a TV in the booth although we didn't really watch it. Theres no coat hangers at the ends of the booth which was frustrating as I had our baby w us so there wasn't enough space and my coat ended up getting pushed on the floor. Overall we would go back.”

I realize they have a lot of pressure being across from a school and the kids coming in and making it very loud and chaotic but overall I think the staff work as a team. You can see on their faces they are trying to please customers and try to get orders out. Keep in mind when you come in. If it's really busy, be patient.”

It is so good that I go once a week but I recently was going multiple times a week because it is so delicious and I couldn't stop myself. The staff is always friendly. “Today I had a wonderful Tim hortons worker named Tammy, correct a mistake she noticed without me asking and made me a new wrap as she noticed somethin from it...I believe the last time I was at this location I ordered something and the menu made it not so clear when ordering which of either the bowl or wrap I wanted and and the opposite was made and I think Tammy also was there and corrected it no charge and no hesitating, and I think it's rarethese days in fat food people who make the food care about the order being proper and have such integrity as Tammy. “We ate here Sunday March 24th and had Joely as our server. We have been coming to this Swiss Chalet a couple times a month for the last year and were blown away by the amazing service we got from Joely. She was super friendly, engaging, and attentive. Whatever we needed she was able to provide in a quick manner and we had an incredible meal that was delicious. My husband and I eat out frequently and I mean it when I say that she is probably the best server we have ever had at a restaurant. We will continue coming back to this location and hope each time that we can get Joely as our server. Keep up the great work!”

“When we arrived on a Saturday evening, the place didn't seem to be overly busy, but a lot of tables were waiting for food. We had both ordered the cheeseburger, and along with the ceasar salad, both were delicious. But it took at least 35 minutes to receive. The server was pleasant. I have been to the Kitchener location where the food is great, service quick, and a lot more things on the wall. The Brantford location, I would rate a "C." The food was very slow, although delicious and the atmosphere was... lacking.”

The ingredients are always fresh and tasty, their service is fast and efficient, employees are nice and well trained, and the environment is comfy. Fresh in summer and warm during winter. Also, it is sparkling clean every time. This is my first choice when I want a burger. Their fries and onion rings are crunchy and delicious, and the sodas are well mixed (not watery like in some places). The price/benefit ratio is great. I always leave with the feeling I spent my money well.
