I usually don't eat the insides of the bread as I find it too doughy, but this was not the case I ate everything, I cut one slice and had to go back for another - my husband did the same....if you like sourdough you must try the AP bakery spelt sourdough....thank you AP Bakery.”

“I’d 100% recommend Hudson Public! I’ve been here well over 100 times and it’s always a great time. Never had a bad experience and food always comes out great. My friends and I generally sit on the patio as it’s dog friendly so I always took my golden retriever Liam up until he had to cross the rainbow bridge and they always made sure to bring him water the second we got there. The way all staff there treated Liam with love, for that alone I’ll always recommend them! But, since we keep having great times here I’ll always continue going here! Yes, sometimes they’re insanely busy and we wait a bit for our food or drinks. We don’t complain because we understand and we just enjoy each other’s company. ❤️”

The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. My order was perfect, and the coffee was fresh not something you always get at night! He greeted everyone politely and kept the place clean and welcoming. Great experience overall — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in town for late-night visits.”

“I only get the TGTG boxes here and this store is by far the best organized when it comes to picking them up. I don’t have to wait for them to pack it, they are placed to the side where mobile pickup is so I don’t have to wait in an order line and the print out is on top of the box as well as it is closed with a sticker, so I can just grab it after the worker confirms the confirmation code and leave. Whole experience takes under a minute so I chose this location over any other.

“Im a regular customer, I also use to work for Tim Hortons in my younger years, so I know protocol and how things run. In this day in age, I have typically lost hope in many locations ive visited, but this location is great! I have never had my order made wrong, I recently started working nights at my job and so I have been going to this tim hortons location for my morning coffee and breakfast, not only is my coffee made to perfection, but my breakfast has been too! Its fresh, made with love(i can taste it in my food) and the customer service over the drive thru pa is great, these ladies/gens are doing a great job and they deserve an applause for their hard work in making sure their customers leave happy and satisfied! “I stopped in to grab a tea and get some work done on my laptop Before I headed home. For no reason, other than chance, the table that I selected was close to the Tim Hortons counter. For the half an hour that I was there, I witnessed Amanda give exceptional service to each and every customer. There were several customers who had raised some concerns for things beyond Amanda‘s control i.e. incorrect order. What could’ve been a poor customer experience for those customers, Amanda did a great job at addressing their concern and ensuring that those customers left with their expectations met or exceeded. I was very impressed with her level of customer service and how she conducted herself when faced with a customer concern. I was sure to make her aware of that before I left. Kudos to Amanda for top-notch service!”

We accidentally set our $50 pickup order to their London location (an hour away 😩). Tired, frustrated, and now food-broke, we called the London store and were told there was nothing they could do. But in dealing with the Brantford location, they ended up making our order fresh and said they would work it out with the other location themselves, even though it’s a separate owner and was going to be a major hassle for them to sort out. Not to mention the loss in goods. They could have told us “sorry, nothing we can do either, - sorry you’re dumb for making this mistake…” but instead, they made our problem their problem - and that is what amazing local business looks like. I can’t believe the generosity and amazing service. We are so incredibly grateful, and it just made us love this place even more. When I want an excellent Ceasar salad with great tasting ceasar dressing I call them. Their cheese n garlic bread fingers are not skimpy. The wings are also excellent. The hot sauce is just right. Very tasty food. Very satisfying. I like supporting Brantfords home grown Pizza place.”
