“The older gentleman was are waiter very kind. Noticed that no one was coming over to take our order. Was thinking better leave. He Apologized and got us a small tray of Frozen shrimp with hot Sauce and Marinara. Said it was on the house. Was happy to see he valued us staying. Great meals. “I went out to East Side Mario’s today, I was having a rough day until I walked in the front doors and saw the beautiful face of the server Katana. She welcomed me with a smile and open arms, as she sat me down at the booth I felt at home being there, she took my drink order (virgin strawberry daiquiri). Her service was the best Ive ever had well being at East Side Mario’s, she brought out my burger and fries it was so delicious and warm. I had asked who the chef was that made it, she had told me it was chef Shawna. Everyone that works at this beautiful restaurant are so welcoming and hard workers they never stop running around.“
“My other half dragged me to this place to test their burgers and I liked them so much, we decided to buy only supermarket steak burgers to make at home in the future. The burgers are great, together with chips and fountain drinks, no wonder within minutes of arriving here, just before lunch time, mid week, the place became packed with people taking their away. The place was clean and the staff seemed to be very thoughtful and kind. Don't you love these places away from the madness of big cities where people only like shoving each other? Will be back.“
“I recommend this place. It is my favorite Harvey's. Everything is good here. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty, their service is fast and efficient, employees are nice and well trained, and the environment is comfy. Fresh in summer and warm during winter. Also, it is sparkling clean every time. This is my first choice when I want a burger. Their fries and onion rings are crunchy and delicious, and the sodas are well mixed (not watery like in some places). The price/benefit ratio is great. I always leave with the feeling I spent my money well. If you are thinking about a burger, hotdog, fries, poutine, or just in doubt about where to go to grab something good and fast, just give this place a try. You won't regret it.“
“We ate here Sunday March 24th and had Joely as our server. We have been coming to this Swiss Chalet a couple times a month for the last year and were blown away by the amazing service we got from Joely. She was super friendly, engaging, and attentive. Whatever we needed she was able to provide in a quick manner and we had an incredible meal that was delicious. My husband and I eat out frequently and I mean it when I say that she is probably the best server we have ever had at a restaurant. We will continue coming back to this location and hope each time that we can get Joely as our server. Keep up the great work!“
“The service was amazing. The hostess was very much dismissive to the fact that we had a reservation. This caused a wee bit of confusion for the other part of our group. There was a VERY nasty customer but the staff pulled together to help the waitress. Our waitress was amazing, food was incredible.“
“Can’t express how happy and excited we are to be eating at Denny’s again. The Eggs Benedict was perfect. The shredded potatoes and bacon, perfect. Our server, the Chef, yes he came to see how are food was, and shared our compliments with the team. He said “It was the team and I”. The g.m. Khaja also checked on us. Even the coffee was very good (per hubbin as I don’t drink coffee) 100% Chance that we will be back and recommending the Brantford Denny’s location to everyone!!!
