“I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant environment was clean and welcoming, and overall the service was excellent. I’d rate this visit a 9.5/10 and would definitely return!“

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “Sadly I've noticed with time the quality of the food has started to drop off, cold meals, over cooked, generally just not nice. The atmosphere was generally fine and service was mainly good, bit forgetful and aggressive when trying to order pizza for the kiddo that was over 10, I wasn't looking for cheap prices just the food the kid wanted and got attitude.

In the end it's fast food quality vs a home cooked meal like it used to be and I'm sad it's not as enjoyable as it once was.“

“Morad is one of the awesome staff this Harvey's has, he went out of his way to follow up and answer question and also had great suggestions. As far as a Harvey's go this location is cozy and the service added to the deals and the burgers even tasted better today.

“This place Brings back so much nostalgia!! Old school dinner with great food and historic ambiance!! I've been eating here since I was a little kid my husband and I will be going to lunch to celebrate our 5 year anniversary tomorrow ( we were going today but they close early 😔) I love it so much!! It's the closest thing to a Zellers restaurant your going to find!!“

“We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and had the pleasure of having Carol as our server in the aqua lounge. Very attentive.
