“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. Thank you, Betty, for your wonderful service! ❤️👍“

“I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant environment was clean and welcoming, and overall the service was excellent. I’d rate this visit a 9.5/10 and would definitely return!“

“This is our local go to pub. The atmosphere is great and fun as a couple or a group. Their house salad is fantastic, have some vegetarian options as they change. The current masala burger is fantastic. The fries are too salty for my liking but not awful. We have a couple of favourite servers, all are great. Most seem to enjoy their fish and chips. We had a dinner there for 35-40 people in the back room and not one complaint or dish returned. Well done to the entire staff.“

“I work at City Hall and this Williams is my go to lunch spot. I am obsessed with the chicken panini and the chicken caesar wrap. The panini is always perfectly pressed and crispy and the wrap is super fresh every time. It is so convenient to grab a meal here and the staff is always great. Highly recommend it if you are in the area or working downtown.“

“Stopped by milestones Waterloo yesterday for some beer and to grab a quick bite with friends and had such a great experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted amazing.
A big shoutout to our server, Jamaica, who made the whole experience even better. Super friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. She had a great attitude and made us feel really welcome from start to finish.
Great food, awesome service, and a really good atmosphere. I'll definitely be back, and hopefully Jamaica is working next time too. Highly recommend!“

“We have been to this Swiss Chalet multiple times. Service has typically been slow. Today was an exception. We had Nicole as our server and she was a dream. She attended to us quickly. Our order was placed immediately and came out quickly. She was patient with my two boys and gave me kids coop cards and my boys an opportunity to get a toy from the treasure box. Despite the warm conditions in the restaurant she remained kind and attentive.“

“Had such a yummy experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving good BBQ. But the real highlight was our server, Sav. She was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and just awesome overall. She checked in at all the right times and made sure we were taken care of the entire visit.
