“I'm vegetarian and my partner is vegan and Cafe Pyrus is our favourite local lunch spot! We've collectively eaten probably half of the menu and haven't had a bad meal yet. I love the taco salad and my partner loves the reuban sandwich. We also love the vegan croissants, haven't had a better one anywhere else! Service is always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was generally fine and service was mainly good, bit forgetful and aggressive when trying to order pizza for the kiddo that was over 10, I wasn't looking for cheap prices just the food the kid wanted and got attitude.

In the end it's fast food quality vs a home cooked meal like it used to be and I'm sad it's not as enjoyable as it once was.“

“I found this place by looking up the best places for fish and chips in kitchener on google. Google was not wrong. Ive been craving fish and chips for a couple weeks and I went first thing when they opened. I ordered 2 pieces of whitefish with a poutine. The batter on the fish was perfect and portions were great. The poutine has a bit of a bbq type flavour to it and was just as good but my highlight was definitelythe fish! They know what their doing.
I knew my mom loved fish as well so I called her immediately to tell her about this place and low n behold she already knew about it and used to go there weekly while working in that area. She nothing but good things to say.
The staff was also vary friendly. I told her I was stepping outside while I wait as my dogs were in the car and she offered to bring out the food to me instead. Something she didnt need to do but insisted and it was greatly appreciated.
I will definitely be going here again and most likely having my mom join me on the trip next time“

“Pho Sunrise has been our go-to spot for years. The food is always delicious, the service is always fast and friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and they stand by their delivery even when a Skip driver makes a mistake. Our most recent delivery driver missed half our order and Pho Sunrise sent their own staff to complete the order. And whenever we dine in, the staff recognizes us and our baby and will come say hi and see that our needs are being met. These are great people who make great food and treat their customers like family.“

“This restaurant deserves a 5/5 rating. We celebrated my husband's 85th with 26 people and a nine course meal. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about the walnut shrimp! Service was amazing and Fiona and Trevor were very hospitable and accommodating. They let us come in early to decorate and let us use their fridge. I highly recommend this restaurant. The crab salad had a rotten fish taste to it the sashimi was not fresh the salmon was coming apart when you picked it up the fish seemed to have a taste resembling being improperly frozen for too long.The presentation was terrible like cafeteria style. It was cheaper than all the other AYCE sushi restaurants...but for a reason it is the lowest quality in the K W area. We actually left still hungry on a positive note the waitress was really nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the Cesar Salad. Needs better dressing more creamy less vinegar otherwise the spinach dip and sliders were fantastic!“
