Me and my family have been dining at Mel’s for over a year, and it’s become our favorite place as a family. Helps that they have the best pancakes in town.But I especially want to send my thanks to the staff, most notably Hannah, who made my daughters experience today on Eid a special one. I know you guys were low on staff today Hannah, but your efforts to show that you cared about our experience was felt. Thank you, again!
Definitely one of the best milkshake places in Waterloo region. Great food and friendly service. Fantastic combination. Love the menu selection........ Always a great experience....Vegetarian options: Enough veggie options
