“This restaurant is so busy that he will not serve in the store so there's no sit-down service only delivery and take out. They only serve so many people per day so if you call in for a delivery or pickup too far after 5:00 he may not pick up the phone.“

“I went there yesterday with my little neighbor s. We had a great time. We ordered some combo plates and an actual dish. I completely forgot how much food there is on a combo plate. We all dug in and there was still tonnes left for take home.
The staff are always so polite, courteous and helpful with the menu/decisions.
I have always had a great experience here whether I'm dining in or getting take out.

“Sam’s Chinese Kitchen is a gem! My wife and I both love the Cantonese chow mein, and the orange beef is the perfect combo of sweet and crispy. It has that classic mom-and-pop feel, and everyone is always super friendly. Always a great meal and a place we’re happy to come back to again and again when we crave this type of meal.“

“I've been looking for a Chinese restaurant as my go to ever since Shanghai in Preston shut down. While each one has one thing that has been exceptional, China Taste has really been the best one. The decent price, the exceptional portions (the chicken to breading ratio on the chicken balls is spectacular). And the service was fast and so polite. “This restaurant deserves a 5/5 rating. We celebrated my husband's 85th with 26 people and a nine course meal. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about the walnut shrimp! Service was amazing and Fiona and Trevor were very hospitable and accommodating. They let us come in early to decorate and let us use their fridge. I highly recommend this restaurant. PS: Their dimsom is the best!!“

“Such a nostalgic spot for me! I’ve been coming here around 10 years ago,and it still brings back so many memories. They’ve changed the menu a bit and the beef is now limited, which is a little different from before, but the flavors still remind me of those good old days.

Definitely more than just a meal — it’s a little taste of my university years. Always nice to come back!“
