“On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, I had lunch at the Mandarin Brampton West Restaurant (Fletchers Creek), with three of my senior friends. The restaurant was packed with celebrating, graduating students. We did not have a reservation, but they graciously accommodated us. Their chairs are low and have no arm rests. I use a walker as I have a back problem which results in mobility restrictions and once seated in the chair, was unable to stand up without considerable effort. When our table’s server noticed this, she tried to find a more suitable chair for me. The Managing Partner, Liana Zheng, got personally involved and fetched a chair with arms and a higher seat, for me to use! Later, when I used the clean, well-appointed, accessible washroom, a staff member discretely, stood outside to ensure that I was not in need of any assistance. The staff’s concentrated efforts to help a disabled old lady, was really appreciated! Even though they were so busy, they treated me with respect and like a valued customer not a burden. Bless them all! The reason we go to the Mandarin is because of the consistently delicious, good quality and variety of their buffet food. From now on, I will go there also because of how well I was treated. I highly recommend this restaurant to all seniors!“

“Ordering Chinese food from Sunlight always feels like a treat. Singapore Noodles, Guyanese Beef on Fried Rice, Beef Ho Fun, and Chow San Sim are regulars in our rotation. The food is always hot and delicious and the folks who deliver are so kind. Both the wonton and chicken noodle soups are great, as are the chicken balls!“

“Today my family and I decided to try “noodles to go” after we were recommended this place by extended family. To start the experience my family and I are allergic to nuts, and the kind lady over the phone assured us that the staff will be cautious so long as we let them know before the order. After arriving to the location, we were greeted by the same amazing lady who answered our questions over the phone.

There are plenty of realistic photos of what you will be getting which makes ordering simple and easy not to mention very appetizing as I was drawn to the chili chicken. We ordered fried rice, noodles, chicken wings, general Tao chicken and fried squid and all items were amazing that we ordered. The portion sizes were big and worth every cent and the taste matches that and more. This place’s hospitality and generosity is amazing and I will be going back. 10/10 would recommend“

“I’ve always wanted to give this place a five-star review because I’ve had good experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, the server today had such a bad attitude that it completely changed my experience.

Afterward, I looked at the recent reviews and noticed that the rating has dropped quite a bit. Sadly, after the service I received today, I can understand why. If this is the kind of attitude customers are being greeted and served with, I can see the rating dropping even further. Very disappointing.“
