“It was one of my best find in Markham till now. Banbudian Bistro specializes in authentic Sicuan cuisines. We have ordered stir-fried chicken with Sichuan chili. It is definitely a must try. Also, the fried rice with crab egg was amazing. It is a beautiful restaurant well taken care of and definitely should be on your checklist.“

“The taste of extremely authentic Northeastern cuisine can make it famous in a certain region even in China. I have ordered both dine-in and pick-up, and there is no difference in the quality of the food. This time I will talk about this fried eggplant dish. First of all, the eggplant is cut very thin, because eggplant is a very oil-absorbing ingredient, so it will not be so greasy. Secondly, the two pieces of eggplant are placed in a "V" shape, unlike the mainstream eggplant boxes. Place them parallelly so that there is enough space to stack the meat fillings, and the structure is more stable without losing its shape.Secondly, there is no starch in the meat filling, which makes the texture of the meat filling very firm; the seasoning of the meat filling also fully brings out the aroma of the meat, which is neither salty nor bland, and the aroma is overflowing. Finally, let’s talk about the small ingredients. I initially thought this small dry ingredient was ordinary chili noodles, but after tasting it, I found that it was a seasoned small ingredient. It has a salty taste, and the chili noodles are very fragrant. There are also some other seasonings. , coupled with the eggplant itself, which is rich in oil, it can perfectly relieve the greasiness. All in all, authentic Northeastern cuisine, the style is more like that of Jilin and Heilongjiang, mainly salty and fresh, and you can remember it for a while after eating it.“

“Good food and a few extra dim sum items that are not your usual items. Go and sit in the ballroom section as bigger area. Don't go at Chinese new year....all wait staff and servers makes a gross display of wedging in at the tables so they can get red packet with money. I understand if they are regular staff that know you but qe even had wait staff coming back twice for money. They stand at the tables and hang out waiting for the red pockets while you are eating. A big turn off when you are having a family gathering. Probably 2 out of 10 that come by are familiar to us. Quite disgusting. One staff came twice.“

“I was disappointed with my dining experience. The roasted pork with bitter melon and rice was too dry and overly salty, although the side dishes were passable. The salted fish and chicken fried rice was decent but failed to impress. The mango slush was underwhelming and not enjoyable. Service was equally lackluster, with a noticeable disinterest from the staff, making the atmosphere quite unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place based on my visit.“
“I always go to Tao Tao whenever I have time!!I don’t think there’s any place in Toronto that can beat Tao Tao Jjambbong! A generous amount of seafood, clean and spicy soup! Unlike other places, you feel comfortable after eating without feeling bloated or uncomfortable!!Once you eat it, you will remember Taotao Jjambbong every time!!??Sweet and sour pork is always served with fresh meat and the right amount of batter!!Sometimes the roof of my mouth hurts because of the fried food, but when I eat at Taotao, I don't have any such injuries and am happy. Taotao is truly love~“

“By the time we stepped inside the restaurant, a delicious aroma filled the air. The server later told us it was from their lamb soup, slow-cooked for many hours. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the appetizer was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive. I wish there were a branch of this restaurant in Chicago.“

“Great food! Loved that they had combo deals so I can easily come here by myself and have more than one dish. Usually I can never order both the jjajangmyun and the tangsooyuk because it’s both too much for one person and more than I want to pay for a single meal. I also find they are best eaten fresh and not as good if I pack the leftovers. At Sunny Dragon, they have a great selection of combo options so I can enjoy both. It is my new go-to Korean Chinese restaurant!“

“A very good Chinese food restaurant with lots of great dishes. Good to have a culturally accurate dinner (by sharing all the dishes) while also having some that you can keep to yourself. Food quality is amazing!! Staff are really nice as well. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.“
“Surprised the bot responding to comments never actually passed the feedback to the staff since they weren’t aware until I showed them a few months ago. They seemed to be implementing the feedback since and the food has been so good lately. The staff are always so kind and I enjoy supporting them when im at promenade“

“The service here is better than most dimsum places - staff were quite attentive and some of the servers were even very cheery, saying "enjoy!" when bringing food. The dimsum was okay but I found there was pepper added in some items, like our shrimp spring rolls and siu mai, which I'm not a big fan of. This time, there was a little less pepper than last time though, which was good.“

“The food is worth for the money. It comes with a drink which is a plus. But the BBQ tastes does confuse me a bit. It's not Chinese BBQ favour nor Taiwanese BBQ favour like other store. The portion is good. Not the best, but good for a try.“
