“Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet Stone Road! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent.

Our server, Mansaaz, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service and a really welcoming experience.

I’ve been to a few Swiss Chalet locations in the area, and you can definitely tell when a team takes pride in what they do. Stone Road really stands out for its service, cleanliness, and consistency.

“Was there for dinner. Great service, minimum wait, and food was great. The chef nailed my steak order- well done yet tender. Dave loved his ribs and wings. Excellent service. Very friendly staff A+++ Highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out or entertainment of guests.“

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“I really like williams and this is a good location. It gets very busy during university season and difficult to find a seat at peak hours but they have a great selection of drinks and snacks. Recommend for a cozy place, business meetup, or date to grab a coffee or drink and a bite to eat.“

“Marie J was incredible with the service she provided and was amazing in helping me figure out what to order. Ended up with the fantastic portobello mushroom chicken and a roasted garlic Caesar salad. All of the food was beyond incredible and I will be coming back for sure“

“The server had a great personality and did the best he could considering how busy it was and how there should have been more help. Side dishes coming out before the meal, frozen apple pie. Don't mind waiting for a good meal and the chicken was great and the price was too. I don't think they were prepared for the volume of people. The restrooms smelt terrible, like a sewer backup. The fact that I didn't have to cook or clean up for Thanksgiving was a big plus. Will try one more time next year and hopefully it will be improved.“
