“Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet Stone Road! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent.

Our server, Mansaaz, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service and a really welcoming experience.

I’ve been to a few Swiss Chalet locations in the area, and you can definitely tell when a team takes pride in what they do. Stone Road really stands out for its service, cleanliness, and consistency.

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“My friend and I popped in for happy hour on Saturday and had an amazing time. We were promptly and warmly greeted by their host and brought over to a comfy booth. Our server, Kayla was so sweet and personable! The food was wonderful and very generous portions. The manager did a check in after we finished and he was very friendly and ended our visit on a perfect note.

“I live in South End Guelph but after 3 bad experiences at the Swiss Chalet on Stone, I tried this one. It was a MUCH better experience. Although it was during the dinner rush, we were greeted and seated quickly. The server (Brendon?) was really busy, but he was efficient; he took our orders and checked back.

My quarter chicken and fries were fresh and cooked well, my sauce was hot... satisfying all around.

The water was in nice clean glasses and tasted good (vs some other Guelph tap water in restaurants that isn't great). I took a sip of my Diet Pepsi and proclaimed it the best Diet Pepsi I've had in a restaurant in ages. Perfect mix and carbonation!

The interior looks new and spacious and there is a lot of seating. The takeout door is separate so that keeps the entrance from being congested with delivery drivers.

My only complaint is the sticky table when we arrived.“
