“Had a great experience tonight thanks to Kaitlyn! The restaurant was extremely busy and they were clearly dealing with a difficult night, including being short on a few items and supplies, but Kaitlyn handled everything incredibly well.

We had a large family group and she stayed friendly, attentive and positive the entire time. She kept checking on us, made sure we were comfortable, explained what was happening, and did everything she could to accommodate us despite how overwhelmed the restaurant was.

You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about doing a good job, especially when things aren’t going smoothly around them. Kaitlyn was fantastic and deserves some recognition for how she handled tonight. Thank you!“

From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere paired with the incredible smoky aroma set the stage for an unforgettable meal. Every single item we ordered was an absolute winner. The meats were perfectly smoked tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the fall-off-the-bone ribs each bite was a revelation. Equally stellar, Creamy mac 'n' cheese, smoky baked beans, and crisp coleslaw balanced the meal beautifully. And those signature BBQ sauces; Divine, Truly, everything was downright yummy. What truly elevated our experience was the amazing service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food. They offered great recommendations, checked in just the right amount, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. Their efficiency and warmth added so much to our enjoyment; shoutout to the whole team.“

“I drop into Kelsey's from time to time for lunch. On June 1/26, I was at Kelsey's and sat at the bar where Louise was the bartender. I found Louise to be very professional, upbeat and attentive, She has served me in the past and I find it amazing how she never seems to change. Good job Louise!!“

“I’m honestly mad this was my first time visiting this spot because it’s truly a hidden gem. ✨ It’s a family-owned Maltese bakery serving traditional Maltese cuisine and baked goods, and they’ve been here for 13 years!

I had never tried pastizzi before, and wow… absolutely mouthwatering. I tried both varieties: the beef and vegetable, and the cheese. They were crispy, crunchy, soft, and packed with flavour. You can tell this is their specialty. I didn’t have time to take pictures as they were devoured 🤣

I also picked up desserts — the apple crumble tart and the pecan tart — and both were phenomenal. You can tell the ingredients that were used are high quality, which was perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. You can truly taste the love and care put into every bite. As you can tell from the photos they are glistening🫰

“A great place to go with my daughter and my parents. Their daily specials can make for such great deals. I especially love their wings, pasta, butter chicken, and the caramalized banana French toast they used to have. Staff is friendly. When Johana is working, she's always so attentive and makes a point of letting us know she recognizes us.“

“The restaurant atmosphere and food was great but we had come before going to the movies and waited over 1/2 hour for our food. Our server was either new or just phoning it in because she didn't even take the drink menus from the table. Management was really apologetic and gave us vouchers for next time and even offered a free dessert. If we didn't have a deadline we would have taken that but declined. Didn't seem to see any other servers that were as inattentive.“
