“I’m honestly mad this was my first time visiting this spot because it’s truly a hidden gem. ✨ It’s a family-owned Maltese bakery serving traditional Maltese cuisine and baked goods, and they’ve been here for 13 years!

I had never tried pastizzi before, and wow… absolutely mouthwatering. I tried both varieties: the beef and vegetable, and the cheese. They were crispy, crunchy, soft, and packed with flavour. You can tell this is their specialty. I didn’t have time to take pictures as they were devoured 🤣

I also picked up desserts — the apple crumble tart and the pecan tart — and both were phenomenal. You can tell the ingredients that were used are high quality, which was perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. You can truly taste the love and care put into every bite. As you can tell from the photos they are glistening🫰

Cappuccino was also fantastic

“Walked into this place with zero expectations and was greeted by the bartender with the curly hair. She was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The food was actually pretty good, and the prices were on point. They also have daily specials.

The real star of the experience, though, was the bartender with the curly hair. She was incredibly customer service oriented and made the whole visit even better.“

“as a pakistani i never tried somali food but i have to tell you this place has some of the best goat i have ever tried, you dont need any sauce anything for their meat, its flavourful salty and just really good in general. its super soft aswell, its like a better tastier fattier version of brisket. the goat is the best option. for food like that in toronto it would be like 50$ a plate, yet there its like 20-24$ max. atmosphere is decent depends on what day you go/times ive went twice the one at night. The night is more packed and nice, but its a calm collected atmosphere. Service was alright the workers are nice and professional.“
