“Great angus burger! So much better then McDonald’s.“

“I haven’t been to a Kelsey’s in years. Never had a good experience until NOW! The restaurant is noticeably clean like spotless clean (trust me I was looking for a reason to validate not coming to a Kelsey’s in forever). We had 3 different people touch our table. The first our server who I can not say enough great things about. Andrew was the best server. My kids were tired after their first day at school and he had the kids food order in asap. He timed everything perfectly. There was never once an opportunity for a meltdown. He was so kind, attentive, personable, honestly I could go on for days. The next was (I believe) the manager. So pleasant and quick to refill drinks without us asking. The last was another server (gentleman) who just noticed my kids and came over with a a treasure box and let the kids pick out a toy while I finished up my meal.

We will be going back to a Kelsey’s again! Thanks Andrew and the whole team that day for making our dinner perfection. Andrew should probably get a raise ?“

“Everytime I eat here the staff are very welcoming and efficient. They give generous portions and are very polite. I love it here.“

“Although my online order was not at the store I ordered it from the manager was exthelpful and made the order immediately and was gracious to correct the error. I paid for it and was in and out of the Brant St location within 15 minutes.

“Great location when you're in Burlington for a quick bite to eat. I tried their Garden Veggie Burger which was really good ! ($21 w/ fries) ; quick service & plenty of spots to choose from - loved the booths - over all a positive experience for me. Quick entry into the 403 on my way back to Toronto which was a big plus.“

“Ambiance was amazing at this cozy spot. Great stop for a date night. Four of us stopped by for dinner & some drinks & we were definitely not disappointed. The service was great & staff are super attentive. Food was delicious! We ordered the sharing platter & some cocktails. Will be recommending this spot to all our friends.“

“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“We had supper at this location last evening with my husband’s two daughters and one our granddaughters, her boyfriend and our son-in-law. Andrew was our excellent server who was pleasant and friendly despite having worked all day. He was very attentive and saw to all our requests in a timely manner. He organized individual bills accurately and everything came as ordered. He is an excellent member of your staff, and we hope to be served by him at our next visit!!“

“I recently dined at Kelsey's Roadhouse and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a great ambiance that made for a relaxed dining experience. Our waitress was kind and friendly, always attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the evening.
We ordered the chicken wings with kettle chips, which were cooked to perfection—crispy and flavorful. The Nashville hot chicken burger was another highlight, delivering a nice kick of spice while still being juicy and tender. The Thai curry bowl with rice was rich and aromatic, with a balance of flavors that really stood out.

“My wife and I went to Montana’s on Upper James in Hamilton around 4-430 on Sunday, November 10 incredible experience that I have ever had and I have worked in the customer service industry for over two decades. My wife is allergic to all shellfish and we have been going to this Montana’s a few times now because they’ve been really great with allergies and sensitivities, but this particular time they had incorporated surf and turf on their menu and even though shrimp is a little more manageable in terms of the allergies, lobster is not our server was Brady. He was the most amazing server that I can remember not only did he wash his hands before coming and serving us. He personally went into the back of the kitchen and instructed them about this situation and then proceeded to manage as much as he could back there to ensure my wife’s safety and well-being, Montana’s, you have an incredible employee and I think that you’re really lucky to have him and very fortunate to have him. He was an absolute pleasure, pleasant, and kind and courteous thoughtful, mindful and definitely will be a place that we will continue to go as long as he is there. Honestly, if you can get him to help train other employees on the detail that he provides The customers that he serves, you would be all the better for it. The manager that we spoke with I apologize I didn’t get her name. She was fantastic as well and we made sure to let her know how much we appreciated Brady service.

“As a local, This place brings my family together. Once a year we all come together have a larger feast at Swish Chalet. Every time we have the larger rack of ribs and every time we love it. Our server was amazing even while handling 4 tables. This Swish Chalet has amazing management and service. I would go again!“

“We went for lunch today to try the Portuguese food. Wow it was pure authentic Portuguese food. We had the grilled octopus and the sea bass. We saw the table beside us also have the Bife a Casa. This place is a hidden gem. The food has so much flavour, felt like we were eating in a restaurant in Portugual. The service was courteous, and the chef came to ask how the food was. Great experience, excited to go back and try the Bife a Casa and other delicious items on the menu.“

“Very quaint corner family diner. Good food great service. If you’re looking for a five star Michelin Resturant at $50 a plate this is not it. If you are looking for a good square meal at a fair price, then this gem is for you. I recommend this establishment and would go again if I were ever in the area.“

“Tried the Roasted Tomato Soup with a Green Tea. The soup was very delicious, savory and hot. Some restaurants serve warm soup but theirs was the right temperature. The staff were very pleasant in taking my order and delivering to my table. My soup and tea was under $10.00 which I appreciated. I also loved the option of having honey in my tea, some places only offer sugar. The atmosphere was calm and quiet enough for me to do some paperwork. Love the windows that allow the sun in. The restaurant isn’t tightly spaced which I also liked; I don’t have to worry about bumping into someone just to walk past them. I will definitely be back.

“Ordered some takeaway for my expat mom who was dyin’ for the sauce… little hiccup when they forgot my mashed potatoes and I went back (not that mad, just really wanted them) and they were so kind and gave me extras. Food was delicious!
