Excellent service by Chantal. we had the Monday burger specials (again) and were not disappointed. Burgers were juicy and fries done perfectly. I definitely recommend this location. love the atmosphere and the comfy seating.
Great food and great service!
Ordered dinner for before the superbowl, when I picked it up staff was friendly, was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived, I was early. We received everything we had ordered and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Located in Waterdown, SymposiumCafeRestaurant offers an amazing dining experience with a beautiful, clean interior and beautiful artwork and decor throughout, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxed dinner, date night, or brunch. The staff is friendly and attentive; Tristan provided exceptional service with great recommendations, professionalism, and a suave vibe. A very attentive manager also ensured guests felt taken care of. The food is delicious and fresh, with great portion sizes. Highlights include the wings and ribs combo with garlic Parmesan sauce, real potato fries, a cafe latte and cafe mocha with perfect espresso balance, and 3 egg breakfasts with generous sides of ham and turkey sausage. Pancakes were fluffy and soft, and French toast had a perfect amount of batter with a fluffy texture and sweet flavour. The fudge brownie cheesecake is also recommended. Everything is sssssoooo delicious, offering amazing value and worth the drive from downtown Hamilton.
