“We were from out of town and decided to stop here for a last stop coffee break before driving back down to NY. We wanted to use all of our change before heading back into the US and the girl at the register was super nice in counting the rest of the cash towards our total. We ended up getting 2 lattes (iced and hot), a Spiced World latte and a Lavender blue Matcha latte all with oat milk. All of the drinks were delicious! Good espresso taste and not too sweet and had light ice. 10/10 would recommend!“

For some reason it tastes better when it's eaten at Synonym rather than to go. But worry not because there's plenty of seating and the decor (especially of the barista counter) is perfection. Right now I don't travel...for a few reasons including despising the airport experience. So I feel privileged to be able to step into another world...steps from home :)“

“My favourite Cafe in town! Been going here for over 10 years, the treats are delicious and baked in house and the coffee is great. Personally I find their espresso to be the best I've had, always a perfect pull. Staff is the cherry on top, always kind, informative and serving with a smile. Very unique atmosphere.

We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“We discovered The Hearty Hooligan after our daughter was diagnosed with an dairy allergy. We now eat here once a week! The food is always consistent regardless of the day of the week or how busy they are. Our favourites are the pickle fries and pizza rolls, we’ve also enjoyed the Mac and Cheese Bake, Moe’s fries, Mac and Cheese burrito, Crunch wraps.. all delicious! We usually add on a dessert to our order which is almost always a punkaroo cookie! The cupcakes and cookies are always good too.
