“Ordered through FB DoorDash, user friendly app, menu is clear, food came on time, as ordered, with expected spice and fresh/hot in temp as well. Very reasonable prices. 10/10“

“Had a lovely dinner today! You really can never go wrong with their roasted chicken and ribs, both were delicious! ❤ I especially loved this branch’s generous portions and wonderful service. A special mention to Lily, who made our first visit such a pleasant and memorable experience. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed even before we had to ask. What impressed us even more was how she checked whether we had Scene+ points available to use, so we could redeem them and reduce the amount we had to pay on our bill. Such a thoughtful gesture, and something we truly appreciated. Thank you, Lily, for making our dining experience extra special. You’re so lovely, and we truly appreciate you 🙂“

“We had a delightful meal at Cambridge Symposium . Not only was the food delicious but the service was spot on. Thank you, Saurabh!“

“My service from Sarah was really amazing but whoever was on host had a really bad day or something really just disappointed in the way my son was treated and we hope that this isn’t a all the time thing because if she’s always like this people wonder why Swiss chalet has been 👎👎👎 down“

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. Thank you, Betty, for your wonderful service! ❤️👍“

“Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet Stone Road! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent.

Our server, Mansaaz, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service and a really welcoming experience.

I’ve been to a few Swiss Chalet locations in the area, and you can definitely tell when a team takes pride in what they do. Stone Road really stands out for its service, cleanliness, and consistency.

Great job, Mansaaz and the Stone Road team!“

“Was there for dinner. Great service, minimum wait, and food was great. The chef nailed my steak order- well done yet tender. Dave loved his ribs and wings. Excellent service. Very friendly staff A+++ Highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out or entertainment of guests.“

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“great patio party 🎵 and staff are awesome“

“I really like williams and this is a good location. It gets very busy during university season and difficult to find a seat at peak hours but they have a great selection of drinks and snacks. Recommend for a cozy place, business meetup, or date to grab a coffee or drink and a bite to eat.“

“Marie J was incredible with the service she provided and was amazing in helping me figure out what to order. Ended up with the fantastic portobello mushroom chicken and a roasted garlic Caesar salad. All of the food was beyond incredible and I will be coming back for sure“
