“Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet tonight, and our server Melissa was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out smoothly. I had the quesadilla, my brother had the chicken burger, and my parents got the Can Dine for Two meal and everything tasted great. Melissa provided amazing service and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a very enjoyable meal.“

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “Family of three adults after a long day working, we decided to have one of our favourites. Classic Burgers with fries and their signature dipping sauce. We all notices the absence of the 1/4 pickle in all our boxes and afterward, we all commented on something we never expected: I think their sauce containers are either shrinking or they’re giving far more fries than last month. We all ran out of sauce and A LOT of fries remaining.🤔
The burgers were, of course, outstanding.

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“
