“Betty our waitress was wonderful. Friendly, shared joke and offered naps.. Food as always great. Ed ordered chicken & shrimp, thoroughly enjoyed and I had Quarter chicken white meat and baked potato with everything.. I didn't know it came with bacon cheese as well as sour cream and onions. Wow!! so good.no pressure to eat and leave, we were able to relax and enjoy.. I have been dining at Swiss chalet since the 60's and this is one of the best. Service is always good, Betty was great. nice to have someone who can relate to customers, food hot etc..“
“Above and beyond truly. We had ordered takeout and brought it home, had one item missing so we called in and they went through the effort to delivery it to our house alongside an extra dessert. On top of the food being amazing, the service is truly phenomenal!“
“Was surprised to find the atmosphere as cozy as it is, being situated in a parking lot. Our server, Victoria, went above and beyond to ensure everybody's orders were to each person's preferences and provided helpful suggestions for those of us who weren't sure what to get yet. “Twenty of us were in for Sunday Brunch, prior to the UofT / Guelph Women's Varsity Hockey game on Sunday. Huge shout out to our Server Jack who basically took care of our group single-handedly with efficiency and professionalism. I have been to other restaurants where the same size group would have 2 or 3 Servers and would fail miserably. Kudos to Jack! One awesome Dude.“
