“Had a lovely dinner today! You really can never go wrong with their roasted chicken and ribs, both were delicious! ❤ I especially loved this branch’s generous portions and wonderful service. A special mention to Lily, who made our first visit such a pleasant and memorable experience. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed even before we had to ask. What impressed us even more was how she checked whether we had Scene+ points available to use, so we could redeem them and reduce the amount we had to pay on our bill. “We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“My friend and I popped in for happy hour on Saturday and had an amazing time. We were promptly and warmly greeted by their host and brought over to a comfy booth. Our server, Kayla was so sweet and personable! The food was wonderful and very generous portions.
