“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“We had supper at this location last evening with my husband’s two daughters and one our granddaughters, her boyfriend and our son-in-law. Andrew was our excellent server who was pleasant and friendly despite having worked all day. He was very attentive and saw to all our requests in a timely manner. He organized individual bills accurately and everything came as ordered. He is an excellent member of your staff, and we hope to be served by him at our next visit!!“

“My wife and I went to Montana’s on Upper James in Hamilton around 4-430 on Sunday, November 10 incredible experience that I have ever had and I have worked in the customer service industry for over two decades. My wife is allergic to all shellfish and we have been going to this Montana’s a few times now because they’ve been really great with allergies and sensitivities, but this particular time they had incorporated surf and turf on their menu and even though shrimp is a little more manageable in terms of the allergies, lobster is not our server was Brady. He was the most amazing server that I can remember not only did he wash his hands before coming and serving us. He personally went into the back of the kitchen and instructed them about this situation and then proceeded to manage as much as he could back there to ensure my wife’s safety and well-being, Montana’s, you have an incredible employee and I think that you’re really lucky to have him and very fortunate to have him. He was an absolute pleasure, pleasant, and kind and courteous thoughtful, mindful and definitely will be a place that we will continue to go as long as he is there. Honestly, if you can get him to help train other employees on the detail that he provides The customers that he serves, you would be all the better for it. The manager that we spoke with I apologize I didn’t get her name. She was fantastic as well and we made sure to let her know how much we appreciated Brady service.

“I recently dined at Kelsey's Roadhouse and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a great ambiance that made for a relaxed dining experience. Our waitress was kind and friendly, always attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the evening.
We ordered the chicken wings with kettle chips, which were cooked to perfection—crispy and flavorful. The Nashville hot chicken burger was another highlight, delivering a nice kick of spice while still being juicy and tender. The Thai curry bowl with rice was rich and aromatic, with a balance of flavors that really stood out.
Overall, the food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the ambience was spot on. I would definitely recommend Kelsey's Roadhouse for a great meal out!"“

“Love this location because of the lake view. Good for socializing with friends and studying. Very cozy atmosphere. The food and coffee are very good too. My first time ordering cheesy egg and bacon wrap, and it was very tasty. The portion is fair. Totally recommend the place for the vibe!“

“Very quaint corner family diner. Good food great service. If you’re looking for a five star Michelin Resturant at $50 a plate this is not it. If you are looking for a good square meal at a fair price, then this gem is for you. I recommend this establishment and would go again if I were ever in the area.“

“Tried the Roasted Tomato Soup with a Green Tea. The soup was very delicious, savory and hot. Some restaurants serve warm soup but theirs was the right temperature. The staff were very pleasant in taking my order and delivering to my table. My soup and tea was under $10.00 which I appreciated. I also loved the option of having honey in my tea, some places only offer sugar. The atmosphere was calm and quiet enough for me to do some paperwork. Love the windows that allow the sun in. The restaurant isn’t tightly spaced which I also liked; I don’t have to worry about bumping into someone just to walk past them. I will definitely be back.

“Ordered some takeaway for my expat mom who was dyin’ for the sauce… little hiccup when they forgot my mashed potatoes and I went back (not that mad, just really wanted them) and they were so kind and gave me extras. Food was delicious!
