“Saturday night was my first visit to HD and I have to say I was impressed. As a person who has known Dave for many years he has hit a home run here. The clientele, vibe and the service were exceptional. I don't drink anymore and the staff quickly pivoted to non alcohol options and even had booze-less Tequila. Will be back very soon“

Cailen and Emily always make delicious drinks as well as provide fantastic recommendations! I look forward to coming back and hopefully being served by them again!“

“My friend and I drove to B-Side Social from Niagara after winning a dozen free oysters and it did not disappoint! The oysters were so good we ordered an additional dozen along with the caprese salad and it was phenomenal! All of the staff was amazing. The owner (I think) or at least the GM came and chatted with us a few times, she had great energy! Our server Autumn was super cute and did a bang up job! Will def recommend and return!“

“This place rocks!!! Free pool everyday, the $1 wings on Thursdays are some of the best in the city, and owner Yvonne treats her customers like family. You'll normally find Nicki or Angie behind the bar. Two wonderful ladies that'll take care of all your beverage needs. A hidden gem on the hill.“

“This bar is located inside Tim Horton's field and I'm pretty sure only open during events. The service is a little slow but probably because it's during games and very busy there. You can get liquor here which is nice bc some of the bar areas in Tim Horton's field only serve beer.“

The Huevos Rancheros were SO good, and I don’t know what you guys put in those home fries, but they’re always a smash. The dip that was reccomended to me was also incredible — I’m blanking on the name, but it honestly brought the whole meal together.

My onlyyyy little thing is that I personally wish my food came out a bit hotter, but that’s totally just a preference!

“Game day for the Ticats. Paired down menu which is totally understandable. We arrived before the game. I was a bit worried… it is an older building, and some renovations (bathrooms) would come in handy. This was like being at a tailgate party!!!

“Had an amazing experience thanks to Rachel. We were a large group of 14, and she handled our orders with incredible efficiency and a fantastic attitude even though we came so close to closing time. Drinks were flowing, everyone got exactly what they wanted, and she even remembered our preferences throughout the night. We had some issues with our food, My sisters salmon came out burnt and my steak came out bland but she helped us get remakes so we left happy. It's not easy to keep such a big party happy, but she absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend you ask for Rachel next time you go!“

“Went there for the first time with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The server Silvena was very kind and the food was very delicious (thank you to the chef who was working last night). I got the $25 tip sirloin steak and lobster tail and I loved it! Everything paired well with the Roadhouse sauce we were given. My boyfriend also enjoyed his Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The portions were perfect as we felt full by the end of completing our meals. The prices were very affordable and we hope to come back there again soon! ☺“

“The waiter seemed completely forced, unfriendly and uninterested. He made a poor drink for the first time around. I asked him to swap it out, after that he just had a terrible attitude. Instead, he could've just said no / Or gotten the manager, and I would've gladly explained. Likely he thought that I was not going to tip anything. Little did he know that I base everything off of attitude. when we first arrive, the hostess acknowledged that it was my daughter's graduation. After that, not a word was that not a dessert was offered nothing. Even though it was acknowledged on the reservation. The spinach dip was below subpar. Nothing like the menu (common for this location) This was my second time in a year and it's just been so disappointing. I frequent the Ancaster and even the Queenston location which has much better service, as well as food presentation/quality. We sat in the bar lounge area... Doesn't matter where we sit though you still expect to get great service. I keep giving this location a chance to continue to be disappointed. This is your lesson and to get better at Service. First things first introduce yourself to the table and say welcome, then acknowledge the celebration on the table. Again, Ancaster and Queenston location are much much better for service, food quality and overall experience! He still received $16 out of my hardened pockets in the gratuity even though I do not recommend. I love to dine out and I've been in the industry for 22 years so you just never know who's sitting at your table. Please try and do better guys people don't have money to waste and it will deter people from wanting to spend money at your location.“
