“My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from Kelseys this evening and unfortunately one of our items (his main) was forgotten. I called right away and the GM, Michelle, went more than above and beyond to fix the situation. I’ve worked in restaurants, and obviously ordered out from tons, but never have I experienced such astonishing customer service than what I did from the management team here. Michelle started to apologize and then asked what I wanted to do. Obviously we didn’t really want to drive back, so she offered to drive it to us herself (she didn’t even let me think about coming back for it, she literally offered right away) She said the restaurant was packed and she wasn’t able to get out herself (understandable) so one of the AGMs drove it to our house. No joke. Plus they threw in some extra fries and 2 cookies!! I’ve genuinely never had service like this ever and we just wanted to say thank you so much to Michelle and the Kelseys Team. ❤️❤️❤️“

“If you don’t want your unopened beers to get dumped by the security guard, chug them in line. Cheapest price for a beer not even poured to the top in a small plastic cup is $5.30 so prepare to spend some money.
Drove from an hour away and parking was full, then there was a huge lineup outside so good luck with that. Anyway there’s a dance floor, stage, booths to sit at, a $2 bull ride, and live music so that’s nice“
