“Loved our stop at good ol Welly on the Guelph beer bus! We’ve been coming here for years. Our group had alot of fun dressing up in 80s retro gear this time around. As always Welly brings a great vibe, and has a live vinyl DJ spinning songs that get everyone up and dancing. Special shoutout to one of the staff members that offered to take a large group picture of all of us despite being very busy. We will cherish it forever! The House Money Sour and the Yuzu Rice Lager were definitely my favourites. Can’t wait to come back & get some cans to take home!“

“A fantastic microbrewery right in the heart of downtown Guelph.

A wide selection of beers and beer types as well as seltzers. They also serve hard alcohol as well,. If that's your thing.

Tried eight different beers and they were all well balanced and brewer and came in a variety of styles.

The sours really stood out with one made with basil being the best of the bunch.

Food options are limited to small snack portions (you can mix and match) but they also allow local food delivery and you can just bring your own.

A calendar showed a variety of interesting events including trivia, and they had a good selection of board games to play.

Both staff members I met were knowledgeable and courteous. Ended up spending an hour talking pizza, board games, and Star Wars with a local which was a great way to spend some of my time in Guelph.“

“Checked out Sleeman Breweries in Guelph recently and it was a great experience. The place is really spacious, with plenty of seating, including a nice outdoor area.

They offer a wide variety of beers, so there’s lots to choose from. I also really liked the vintage vibe of the brewery — it adds a lot of character to the overall atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby“

“We had the best time at Jackass Brewing this week! We didn't know there was no food served on Tuesdays, but we were able to bring our dog in which was great! To say we were treated like family was an understatement-everyone was so kind, and our dog was loved by everyone there. We will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I came here after tattoos in Kitchener and we were so happy we came. The building itself is lovely, warm and spacious. There was plenty of free parking. The venue itself is gorgeous enough there was a wedding! They had a large screen for the World Cup matches as well. The food itself was delicious (the Pollo Loco sandwich was amazing). The beer was tasty and the service was on point. We can't wait to come back!“
