“I made four batches and they have turned out very well, though they can take at least a couple of years in the bottle to lose the sweetness of a new wine and fully come into their own. if you like a "big" tasting wine, I recommend the Super Tuscan, Carmenere or Amarone. Given some time to mature unmolested, laid on their sides, they will not disappoint. Staff is friendly and super helpful, always upbeat, it's a pleasure to do business with these folks.“

Inside, the space opens up into an absolute masterpiece of taproom culture. The vibe is effortless and welcoming, anchored by classic pinball machines that set the perfect retro backdrop. The highlight of the visit was a moment of pure magic: a Monarch butterfly flew straight into the taproom and landed directly on Brian’s hand. It felt truly spiritual, transforming a great brewery visit into an unforgettable experience.

* Ask for the Famous Peach: The absolute star of the day. Coming straight from the Winona Peach Festival, this hit the spot perfectly with rich, fresh fruit character.

“Went with Probus ladies before a wreath making class across the street at Graham and Brooks. The pizza was fantastic!!! I shared the Studebaker (prosciutto, blue cheese, apple and caramelized onion), what a yummy mix. The atmosphere is rustic rugged with an industrial feel with the beer vats visible. Our waiter was very accommodating and the service was friendly and efficient.“

“The Warlocks team gathered there after the Hamilton Dragon Boat Festival, about 25 in total. Accommodating, fun and a great place to socialize. Outdoor and indoor seating.
Added - a burger wagon is on site so a fast food menu is available. BTW - their burgers are really good, and the poutine was worth the purchase.“
