“Definitely worthy of a minimum 5 star review. I worked for Helen & Frank Propis 46 years ago for 6 years & lived above "Propis Bar" for a year & a half. (The front half of the upstairs. I can say with certainty that Frank & Helen would be beyond overjoyed to how you have transformed their family place & continue their legacy. My compliments to the chef in my opinion is worthy of a James Beard award who served up scrumptiously cooked garlic parmesan chicken fingers with a pairing of perfectly seasoned fries & a healthy side of blue cheese & perfectly baked grilled cheese that was definitely not your mamma's grilled cheese & then we were served a sampling of the most delectable carrot soup that was to die for so we had to add that to our dinner. We paired all this with a Northern Gravity, an apple infused bourbon that would even make the Scott's smile. And Conner our server & Amanda behind the bar were absolutely awesome. They say you can't go back home but this place felt like home, felt like family. Thank you for such a warm welcome“

“Love this place on the north end of Conesus like Anthony is great behind the bar. Very laid back atmosphere. Great clientele. I’ve DJed there a few times and everyone is very receptive. I’m looking forward being back there on April 15th“

“We had a fantastic time here, the beer was great and the prices were easier on the wallet then some of the other bars in the area that are definitely overpriced. I live in the area and Joe is gonna be a great owner, I’m happy to have a new place to go. Make sure you check this place out!“

“Was there for a joint birthday party with my buddy. Food was easy to order from Wingnuts and couldn’t believe how fast everything came out of the kitchen. They do take reservations for large parties but make sure you do it a couple days before. Great selection of beers as well. Parking lot is a minefield though. Only negative.“

“Went to the Main Street location and great food and beer. Had gotten the pretzels & special smash burger which was delicious. Also got a blueberry gose which was light and refreshing. Would recommend 10/10!“

“Visited Buffalo for a basketball tourney and picked this brewery at random. Untapped tells you it’s good, very good. (4.3 stars there means they have legit, quality, carefully crafted beers).Nice vibes inside, good looked great (had the nachos). Enjoyed a draft and took hike four pack of Eos. They are kid friendly and the bar staff was very nice.“

“Been here a few times while using our WNY Beer Trail Pass. Always a good selection of beers on tap. Sometimes the bartenders are a bit quiey but at least they pay attention and keep your glass filled. We also joined a party that rented the place out for a wedding and that was a great time as well. Parking is a bit tough sometimes but never to the point where we cant get in. We will be back again once the weather warms up.“

“Went for their Tuesday burger special which is two burgers, two fries and two beer for $30. I had the Texan burger which came with two patties, bacon, cheese, blue crumbles, and barbecue sauce. My friend got the diner burger, which was essentially your standard cheeseburger. For my beer, I got the blueberry spring, which was a sour beer with blueberry lemon and lavender. I don’t drink sours very often, but this one was a solid offering. In terms of the burger, it was very good. Everything was perfectly cooked. The fries were nice and crispy and it was just the right portions of everything. We were able to order our food at the bar and they just buzzed us when it was ready and we picked it up from the counter and enjoyed time out on their patio. I would return again to try other food off the menu as well as some of the different beers on tap as they regularly rotate.“

“Bucket list brewery. Totally worth the 1400 miles to get there. Beer was fantastic. Taproom space was nice and location 20 feet away under construction. A little annoyed that when I tried to buy a 4pk they told me I couldn’t mix it. For $9/can they should let me get what I want and not 4 of each variety. Walked away. Still a great brewery but I’ll just get what I can get for $6/can back home“

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience working with Abby to plan and coordinate, the incredible service delivered throughout the night, the amazing food, the beautiful venue and decor... Selecting Pearl Street for our wedding was the best decision we made. Abby made sure every detail was handled from our first conversation, all the way through being present on the day of. It was fantastic to have a single point of contact to work with over the last 9 months of planning who was responsive, helpful, kind and patient. “I held my wife’s 40th surprise party here. Everything went perfect. Talked with a gentleman named Mike who helped set up the reservations. Everything was emailed and there was great communication all around!! The day of the party, we had Jordan as our bartender/waitress. She was unbelievable!! Her service was the best I’ve had EVER!! Would highly recommend for anyone to have a party there. They put us on the second floor where they had games which helped with some of the kids that were there!! 10+ stars if I could!!!“
