I finally got to explore more of Buffalo on a family trip and seek out the best brewery. I may have found it here.
Not in the best or easiest part of town but there are a few other shops right there, including a beer garden around the corner. Small parking lot a few steps away.

Great atmosphere. Friendly bartenders! And pinball machines!!!
