“As someone who’s been brewing beer for years I was interested in getting into making wine as well. I ended up meeting Barrie when I was buying some equipment from his shop and he took multiple hours out of his day to explain to me the process of making wine. It’s clear to me that Barrie's knowledge and passion about wine making are second to none. I’ve been to many home brewing and wine shops over the years and without a doubt this has been by far the best shop I’ve been to. I hope to return to the Towne Winer again soon.“
“Historically I have not been a fan of their beer, but my wife loves the New England hazy stuff they brew. So I ordered her some beer and some for me to try again for Christmas. Wellington happily took the money upon ordering and have not responded to a single email following up on the order (four sent now) - we are on Day 23. Terrible customer service, a coworker orders from them for our office supply; will convince them to try somewhere else because of this incident.EDIT: Wellington Brewery contacted me finally after this review and solved the issue. They said it was a one off and had the order delivered via someone's car (instead of company vehicle). Everything was resolved in about one hour and the delivery was at my door with a refund. Outstanding service once it was tracked down.“
“very student friendly cafe! been sitting there almost everyday for 8 hours to study and work and they haven’t kicked me out yet lolstaffs are friendly and nice ? i usually order on uber and then dine in due to my card issue but they put the food on the plate for me and let me dine in!foods and drinks are amazing. lots of seatings and the ambiance and atmosphere are chill. recommend to give this place a try :)“
“Lived in Guelph all my life. How did I not know this place existed?? It was a last minute idea to try something new and we found Atmosphere. Glad we did. Obviously we didn’t have a reservation but they set us up at the bar for a drink while we waited. The bartender was super friendly and helpful. Once we got to our table the experience continued and it was great. The waiter took his time to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The food was top notch. Then the dessert came. TRY THE CRÈME BRÛLÉE!!!!!! We are definitely coming back. 4thumbs up!!!“
“Got the monthly special here and it was ready in seconds! Staff were all so lovely and welcoming as I was visiting Guelph for the first time. Must say if you are in the area, you have got to try this bubble tea. “My husband orders the meat lovers breakfast from Stacked quite often. It's his favorite. For his birthday I ordered it for him, along with a birthday pancake, and a fruit bowl for myself. I attached a note to the order mentioning it was for his birthday breakfast and if there was anything that could be done to make this breakfast order different or special. I thought a happy birthday note on the packaging, something. Not only was there nothing special, which ok fine, but the fruit bowl I ordered for myself was missing, and the birthday pancake had a pathetic drizzle of icing.UPDATE: After posting my review, the owner Sunny reached out to me immediately and offered actionable steps to improve my experience. Sunny was polite and understanding, which is really appreciated. He spoke with the staff about my disappointment and missing item so it won't happen to another customer. Based on Sunny's helpful and friendly response I've changed my rating to a 5.“
