“Lovely place. Great food. Best service I have had in a while! I wish I lived closer to go there more often! I had a chicken wellington, and it was delicious! Everyone else's dishes also looked great. That was one of the best toffee puddings I have ever had!“
“We order our dinner and wow I'm so satisfied, the food is delicious, and it was packed very well. When you get it, you know that only the person who packed it was the last to touch it, not like other places where you kinda wonder if something happened to your food or not. And again the food was delicious, the hamburger was to die for the kids Mac and cheese was good my daughter loved it and the chicken club was just as good and of course the Poutine was so good. I recommend for sure !!!“

“We had a great experience when we came for happy hour on a Friday night. Our server was Deshane and she was amazing. She was very attentive, kind and patient. She was also very personable and made our experience a really good one. It was my first visit to this location and I will definitely be back based on the service. The food was really good as well and offered good value for the price.“

“We’ve been eating at The Keg for years. The Argentia location is by far the best one.Our son gets a special visit from the Head Chef every visit!!!! Alex is fantastic!Sometimes he can even get my son to have a steak. ?Marie is also amazing! Have to admit, it’s always better when she’s looking after us. “The boys stopped in for an afternoon visit. Numerous beer on tap, some fresher than others. The wings were awesome, the nachos didn't need near as much of the fake portable cheese sauce. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.“
“I came into this restaurant on the evening of March 25, 2025.Just had a steak meal after a long day working remotely in my hotel room, after my flight was delayed. I didn't have a car with me, nor did I want to walk to another restaurant, so I thought I'd give this restaurant a chance as it's conveniently located in the hotel.For the food, it's pretty decent for the price point, so if you're more value food oriented, this could be a good spot for you. My steak was seasoned well, and the peppercorn sauce was tasty. It's not a top tier cut of course, but if you wanted something affordable and made right to what you ask, this is a good choice. Kudos to the chef for doing medium rare, right.I think what particularly made my experience very good was the Bartender named Pauline. I was looking at the menu outside and she called me into the restaurant in a very endearing way. She could see I was tired and hungry, and I joined her at the bar for dinner for one. She was pleasant and friendly, and kept the right amount of time with me on how my meal was doing and helping with other guests coming from the hotel.She actively called in guests to come into the restaurant, made them feel welcome and I saw her several times thanking guest as they were leaving for coming in despite being a bit busy at times with other guests. Seems like the other guests were happy chatting with her and thanking her as well.Having worked in the hospitality industry myself at one point in my life, it's nice to see someone who just seems like she genuinely cares about what she does and how she makes others feel.Kudos to you Pauline, and thank you for the great service and mini chat on life, while singing REM with me at the bar to help bring my spirits up.To the owners, I kindly ask you share some recognition to Paul and the chef in the heart of house.“
