“Food here was AMAZING! Due to covid this was an Uber Eats order but you would never know it was delivery. The food was hot and fresh! The jerk chicken was moist and full of flavor. You could taste the spices from the skin down to the meat. Bone included! The plantains were soft, sweet, juicy and when you bit into it, the flavor just exploded in your mouth! The owner acts like he's untouchable and says things like " you're in a bar what do you expect " . I expect to be treated as a paying customer. Never going there again. also... one of the servers is literally always drunk out of her mind... my very first visit she was crying about her ex... and almost every time I ordered wings SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG....over and over again!! let's just say ive had many free wings and stuff from her as an apology... I gave them a chance. several actually. but after that conversation with the owner.... im done. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!“

We called ahead of time to see if the restaurant was busy, the server was hesitant to respond though the answer was that there would be space for our party of 5.

When the ebi shrimp (5 pcs) arrived, I was curious as to why there were only 4 crackers to which she hesitated then responded “oh?” And walked away.

We realized after we finished the maze udon that the dish was missing the rice and went up to the counter to ask for rice, to which the server responded “you’re supposed to get it after you finish the udon”. I said “yes, we did” and she then asked if we wanted the rice now. Not sure if she had forgotten as it didn’t seem like she had the intention to check on the table.“

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.“

The chef / owner makes it fresh, with garlic slices and Chinese greens. The broth is so flavourful and the wontons are tender with juicy pork. Made just perfectly. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

The beef intestine was cut tableside, which made the experience even more enjoyable, and the texture was excellent. The Army Stew was massive, packed with toppings, and perfect for sharing. The pork hock paired with the fresh salad was another highlight—the refreshing salad balanced the rich, tender pork beautifully. Every dish came in generous portions, making it a great place to dine with family or friends.

The restaurant also has big screens for watching sports, plenty of free parking, and a daily $16.99 soju special that makes the experience even better.
