We were a large group of 16 and had originally booked inside seating. We asked if it would be possible to sit outside, and the manager was incredibly accommodating and immediately arranged a table for all of us.
The food and service were excellent! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful experience. We truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful the manager was. Highly recommend this restaurant!
I was disappointed with the service during my visit. The food was good, but unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations. The staff seemed inattentive, and we had to wait longer than expected for assistance.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but I believe good service is an important part of the overall dining experience.
We came to Milestones on Saturday night to celebrate a birthday.
The highlight of the night was when she organized everyone to come over and sing Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the birthday feel so special. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the mushroom Marsala that she recommended was an excellent choice! Thank you, Kathryn, for making the birthday so special!
