“The tables in this restaurant are disgusting. I am surprised that this location has not been closed by health. I have been eating at this location for years. We are regular customers and have watched this location try out the salad buffet and then remove. These tables have been revolting since COViD. The world now is very aware of the spread of germs. I can not let any of my utensils touch this table because of the filth. Today I arrived to see that some of the tables have been sanded to its natural colour. This is a huge improvement and allows me to feel that I am eating off a clean table. The CEO of this company needs to be made aware of the uncleanliness of this restaurant.

“5 stars for the amazing and kind service from staff! I came here last Sunday with family and kids and somehow dropped my phone not even 15 minutes into the fun. I went from panic to relief when it turned out that one of the staff who was cleaning the games (!!) found and returned my phone to the front counter right away. I am so very grateful to this kind gentleman who really saved the day and allowed my family to enjoy the rest of our time here.

“Angry Wings is an absolute gem! The owner and staff clearly put their heart into what they’re serving, and it’s easy to feel at home as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming—a great place to relax and enjoy some seriously good food.

I’ll admit, I didn’t expect much going in, thinking it’d be just another burger spot. But wow, was I wrong! The portions are generous, and the quality is fantastic. My burger was so fresh and flavorful that I came back the next day, throwing any thoughts of healthy eating out the window.

A little warning: if you’re on a meal plan, tread carefully—one bite of their burgers or wings, and you might just be hooked!

“This is one of the best shawarma’s in the city!!!! The chicken is so well seasoned and has so much flavour the only topping I need are hummus,lettuce, tabouli and tahini (there tahini is so good I get extra on the wrap and on the side). My mom got the same wrap as me but all the topping and hot sauce which was amazing as well. The space is so clean and has such a trendy vibe I love it and can’t wait to go back!!“

“We came on Wednesday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. “Monday night and they had an unexpected group of 20-25 descend. One server. She was a rock star! Rolled with the punches and was calmed those getting frustrated with a backed up kitchen. One regular said many Mondays he is the only customer. The wings were amazing. The great vibe coming off the server made them worth the wait.“

“This is my go to spot when I’m craving barbeque they never disappoint. The barbeque ribs and pulled pork are my favourite. I can always expect quality food and excellent customer service when I come here. The owner is the nicest guy. their wings are amazing too. If I’m being picky, the only thing i’m not a fan of is their cornbread. I wish it was less dense and a little bit sweeter but that’s just personal preference. Some locations cook their dish by Filipino style, some in Chinese cuisine style etc. Among all locations, Promenade location carries the best flavor. The owner and the food handlers have been their for long time and the flavor never changed. This location is must-go place. Other locations are just 1-2 stars tbh. One thing is that the service is lacking and if there's one thing to be ironed out it's definitely that, but I also understand that it's a training restaurant so hiccups are to be expected. “Always order from this Swiss Chalet and food and service is always consistent. I do have to say that the food tastes good in general, but the taste is 5x better when you dine-in, especially since you eat it right when it’s hot.

We got the chicken and third rack ribs, quarter chicken dinner with coleslaw, side of seasoned fries, 10 bbq wings, chicken broccoli & cheddar soup, and a shirley temple. Everything was cooked perfectly and super juicy and delicious!! We used to always get the chicken, but their other dishes are equally as good! Their chicken tenders and chicken pot pie are also amazing. Prices for drinks and desserts are super affordable as well. They have bottomless drinks which makes it even more worth getting!

Plenty of seating that’s perfect for families big and small. Service is always great at this location as well. Highly recommend!

“I was there this past week for a date night with my wife. We haven't enjoyed eating out like we did at this place in a very long time. I had the carbonara and my wife had the blackened salmon. Then for desert we had the toffee pudding. Oh gosh! All meals were 10/10.
