“When i find a new place that i truly enjoyed i like to go back a second time to see if it maintains my first impression wow factor and if the food quality and taste is consistent.This time i was looking forward to trying a burger and tried the smokeshack burger.It's nice to find a place that is tops in both burgers and Wings and i must say this place is it.The burger was very tasty and since i knew it wouldn't fill me up i tried the Hot Honey wings and BBQ for my wife.Absolutely loved both flavours..Kudos to Raza and gang for not disappointing me and impressed me the second time there..thanks and see you soon.“

“We came on Wednesday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.“

Went back and found bew ownership and a complete revamp done throughout. No more smoky interior, dirty washroom and sink. The place looks nice and clean, and it warranted an update and more stars !“

“You can never go wrong with a quarter chicken dinner or chicken pot pie. Staff is friendly. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow when the restaurant is busy. You can get points if you have a scene card. It helps that there is a free parking lot in the Plaza. Great location too.“

“I didn't know what to expect. Came for breakfast with my wife the next morning after veld. The service was great. Our waitress was extremely friendly. The eggs Benny hit perfectly. My wife got pancakes and bacon and everything was delicious. Great place to hit up after a weekend at veld!“

The only thing I’d like to mention is the damaged asphalt outside. We were 12 people with 9 kids, and a couple of the kids almost fell because they didn’t notice the large hole. It could be dangerous, especially for children. Other than that, we had a good experience.“

Only problem ive ever had was when my dad asked me to see if they had added less in my milk shake as it was having a small portion size then usually I was nervous but I asked any ways and then the girls just looked at each other then at me and went what? And my father asked them if this was the reg size and with some miscommunication we just sat back down whole thing was just weird and there was no reason to react like that, my voice is also small which could be why but they could've just asked me to speak up.“

“We visited Harvey's today, namely on 9 September 2025.

I have been living in the UK for quite some time. I recently returned to visit my Mother and we decided to go to Harvey's because it was an eating establishment at which I worked a long time ago and I remember the wonderful taste of the burgers.

A lovely member of staff named Sabir assisted us. He was extremely helpful and made our time pleasant.

Another member of staff, a young woman with dark hair, garnished our burgers. She was polite and garnished my Mother's burger with a bit of most things because my Mother stated that she had not had a burger in a long time and this was what she wanted. She is over 80 years old and this gesture was much appreciated.

We received an excellent welcome. The members of staff made a significant and positive impact upon our stay in Canada. My Mother had an excellent outing and this shall now be cemented in my memory.

“I would absolutely visit this Harvey’s location again! The front cashier, Sharon, was absolutely delightful. We had a rather large order and she was so attentive. Sharon was patient and took our order with a smile. She was very helpful when we had to make a correction as well. Then there was Rupi who helped get our order together and made sure to serve with such a friendly and warm attitude. Hari was cooking in the back but I noted was also smiling while he was prepping and cooking. It’s rare to have such a pleasant experience when eating at fast food restaurants nowadays. It was also very clean and easy to find a place to sit.“

The spacious, beautifully - appointed dining room with white table linens and exquisite glassware was set in a high - ceilinged environment. This ambience provided comfort and elegance. We were welcomed and offered our choice of seating which included our quiet booth near a modern encased fireplace. Our velvety smooth mushroom soup with oil infusion was an excellent beginning to this celebratory dinner. Our moist ,glazed turkey and cranberry stuffing were adorned with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts. Berry compote with creamy vanilla ice cream topped this delicious dinner. The waitress made this festive holiday meal a celebration to remember !“

“After grocery we always go out for lunch and i find Swiss chalet good for my Boss who has Gluten restrictions. Some food are gluten free so its always great to come back for more delicious meal! Plus the promo or combo are very satisfying!“

“The food is is good, it is diner comfort food. I have tried almost all the items on the breakfast menu. My favourite is the Flaskback Combo. It’s your typical eggs, bacon, sausage, peameal bacon, and home fries with a side of two pancakes.
The restaurant itself is small and looks worn out but the service is great! That is why I come back to this location.“
