“I was there Sunday I usually go for my favorite grilled chicken wrap. But was disappointed this time the chicken seemed boiled not grilled the wrap wasn't toasted enough. My husband's burger was good I didn't return the wrap because they were busy so I just ate the toppings“

“I placed a pick-up order tonight and an item that I paid for eas missed in the order. It happens. I called and the manager IMMEDIATELT rectified the situation. The item was delivered within minutes and was still hot from the fryer. So impressed. Talk about turning a little mistake into a big win. I’m also pretty sure the Manager delivered it personally. Not expected, but VERY much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back now.“
