“Our second time at this lovely place and we enjoyed every bit of it. The ambiance, the food, the service and the weather (we got pretty lucky with that). The only negative experience were the numerous wasps around us who would not leave us alone for the first hour, but they magically left afterwards. Overall, highly recommed this place, as a romatic date, a special occation celebration or just an outing to enjoy some beautiful scenary and fresh tasty meals and drinks. Can't wait to go back next year.”

“I think 3/5 is too low but 4/5 is generous. I thought the lamb chops were fantastic but portion was a bit small for the price. My wife had surf and turf filet mignon and found the lobster tail hard to separate from the shell and tasted a bit rubbery. The atmosphere is fantastic but the location is a bit weird. My only major complaint would be that the waiter didn't introduce himself and it was hard to get his attention. Took a while to get a refill of water. He was a nice gentleman though.”

“I have had the total pleasure of eating Wok Chef's food many, many times. It is by far the best Chinese Food I have ever eaten ! Wok Chef's food is always fresh, delicious and they give you very good size orders. On top of that, they are very reasonably priced. The Family that own it and run it are also very nice. They always give great service with a smile ! I have gotten to know the Family over the years I have been going there and they are very fine, kind, hard working and they are always looking to please the customer. If you want great Chinese Food take out for a very good price then Wok Chef is definitely the place to go ! I highly recommend Wok Chef !”

“I had the pleasure of enjoying China Garden’s food at a wedding, and I was blown away. The roast pork was absolutely outstanding — perfectly seasoned, tender, and incredibly flavorful. It was one of the dishes everyone kept going back for and it disappeared quickly!

Other standout favourites included the General Tao Chicken, Singapore Noodles, Honey Garlic Ribs and Beef with Broccoli. Everything they make is crafted with care, great seasoning, and authentic flavour.

Whether for dine-in, takeout, or catering a special event, China Garden is truly a gem. Highly recommend!”

“My mom is a butter tart fanatic. I've never met somebody who likes butter tarts as much as she does, that being said, she only likes GOOD butter tarts. The ones with the super thick crust or minimal raisins are not a pass in her books. Yesterday my dad found out about Beverly's Bakers online, then excitedly told me we were going to get my mom some butter tarts. Although it's a little hidden, Beverley's Bakers had such friendly service and we got our butter tarts fresh out of the oven. When the butter tart queen came home from work, she was thrilled. My mom said they were the best butter tarts ever, runny, lots of raisins, had the homemade taste and best of all they're such a great value! We will definitely be back!”

“There was an issue with my sub tonight whoever made my original sub needs to get canned however, I had to come back after I had ordered my sub online because that person who made my sub did a terrible job and did not know how to follow instructions and made the customer very upset However after coming back to the store, talking to the manager on the phone and trying to explain and talking calmly and nicely with the nighttime staff who was absolutely wonderful Vivek - He made sure to get my point across to the manager about how upset I was with the sub condition and how it was not made correctly. He then spoke to the manager and explained the situation and worked hand-in-hand with me to ensure that I got a proper sub made ! Vivek Has a wonderful heart on him and needs a raise for dealing with Karen’s like myself ! I don’t like putting my Karen face on, However, if the person who worked on the original sub would have made it right - this would not be an issue

“I was there Sunday I usually go for my favorite grilled chicken wrap. But was disappointed this time the chicken seemed boiled not grilled the wrap wasn't toasted enough. My husband's burger was good I didn't return the wrap because they were busy so I just ate the toppings”

“In the last couple of months the portion size at the STOUFFVILLE branch has gone down a lot. The ON THE ROCS platter $14 is half the size now, they are cutting on 2 spoons of rice an chicken and a few lettuce. The tall Indian girl working there needs training on portion size. I think best place to get Shawarma is local pa & ma store. support local.”
