“There was an issue with my sub tonight whoever made my original sub needs to get canned however, I had to come back after I had ordered my sub online because that person who made my sub did a terrible job and did not know how to follow instructions and made the customer very upset However after coming back to the store, talking to the manager on the phone and trying to explain and talking calmly and nicely with the nighttime staff who was absolutely wonderful Vivek - He made sure to get my point across to the manager about how upset I was with the sub condition and how it was not made correctly. He then spoke to the manager and explained the situation and worked hand-in-hand with me to ensure that I got a proper sub made ! Vivek Has a wonderful heart on him and needs a raise for dealing with Karen’s like myself ! I don’t like putting my Karen face on, However, if the person who worked on the original sub would have made it right - this would not be an issue

I went for their classics Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Needed to wait approximately 5-10 mins for their fry cook who was cooking 4 Philly cheesesteaks at once, Gordan Ramsey would be impressed!

I choose the rosemary Parmesan bread instead of the white or wheat.

Meats was chopped, well seasoned, tender, juicy and just the right bite texture, good meat/bread ratio.

Price was over $14 for their regular size sub (7 inches), price shock.

I dunno, Firehouse subs has more variety of meat choices (brisket, smoked meat, pastrami, corn beef) but this Philly cheesesteak would be hard to beat.

I enjoyed the sandwich knowing I'll eventually get a free one which compensates for the initial $14 cost, ouch“

I’ve been going to Quiznos for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it’s in my top 3 for sandwiches. I almost always order the Peppercorn Steak, it’s incredibly savoury, rich, and packed with flavour. It is on the heavier, greasier side, so a small is usually enough, but it’s absolutely worth it.

The peppercorn sauce is delicious and pairs perfectly with the very tender steak. I always get it on the rosemary Parmesan bread, which is herby, fragrant, and a great match for the steak and sauce. When I’m craving something savoury, dense, and satisfying, this is my go‑to order.

I’m open to trying other items on the menu, but it’s hard to cheat on the Peppercorn Steak.

“This restaurant offers a nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and drinks for lunch. Largely caters to the corporate crowd in the CGI building. Location is spacious with outside table seating available under a structure so protection from the sun and rain. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food is reasonably priced and delicious.“

I am a vegetarian and Zena gave me different options, how she can prepare my sandwich. She was very careful while preparing our food. She changed gloves after making chicken sandwich for my husband. Place was very clean. They take really good care of hygiene and place is very well maintained. I must say I had very good experience at this store.
