“I was across the street at the Abilities Centre and I decided to come here for lunch. I've been to many Subways throughout Canada and I've always received average service or below average service. On this Saturday afternoon, this is the first time that I received above average service. The two Asian women working the counter were friendly and generous with the toppings. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki using the Subway app with coupon. At other Subways, when I use a coupon, they always skimp on the toppings. Thank you for not being cheap with the toppings.“

The staff were very friendly, and although the restaurant was quite busy, the young lady working there was incredibly kind and welcoming. “My son and I spawned into to a weird suburban village biome. Within minutes we were being chased by a hoard of rabid zombified villagers we fought them off with wooden sticks but we started to lose some hearts. Just then we saw a beacon of hope in the distance right near Garrard and Dundas. Subway! Luckily we’d picked up a stack of coupons on our last mission. We snuck in and it was well lit with a great modern atmosphere. Anywho we met the shopkeeper named Raman who took care of us with a deal consisting of a ft long steak and cheese and a 6in custom sandy for only a few emeralds. It was delish and totally replenished our hearts. As a parting gift she hooked us up with a free cookie and a diamond sword which we used to dispatch the zombies and continue our journey. Thanks for helping us out Raman! We highly recommend this spot to anyone.“

When I got there the employee, Muhammad (I asked for his name) was working on two separate mobile orders, mine was the third mobile order he had received. He worked quickly and diligently to get the orders executed and apologized for the wait. He was friendly, polite and worked hard. His work area was clean as was the store, and organized. I was a customer service manager in the past and would have poached and hired this young man to work for me. Not only were his customer service skills stellar, so were his sandwich making skills, the sandwicheswere delicious! A great experience all around. Great job, Muhammad!“
