“Finished work but didn't get a chance to cook dinner so I went to Popeyes instead and had the blackened chicken wrap (yummmm) combo with 2 sides - Cajun poutine (delicious) and coleslaw (nice and fresh) and a Barqs root beer (haven't had one in over 20 years). I wanted to get another wrap because the staff did such a great job making mine but I got a warm apple cinnamon pie instead (the perfect way to end my dinner). I definitely will be back again :p“

“Burger Factory has really good burgers and the food tastes fresh every time. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the portions are worth the price. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty fast too. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. Definitely one of the better burger spots and I would come back again.“

“Had take out at Barburrito. I had the bowl with steak and shrimp. It was the best takeout dish I have ever had. My drive home was an hour, therefore, I was expecting the food to be a little dry after the drive. We'll let me tell you that the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. The service was top notch and the restaurant itself was very impressive and welcoming. I will definitely be back with the family. I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends. “I went inside to order my food. I noticed the young woman made my burger incorrectly. It was really no big deal. However the manager replaced my burger and made it right! I have never been so impressed by customer service in a long time! For the amount of times my order is wrong and missing items its good to know some people still care about customer service !!!“

“This is our favourite Firehouse location to get consistent sandwiches in all of the GTA. The staff are all very kind and gracious, and take the time to ensure that our orders (with our laundry list of modifications - yes, we are sandwich snobs!) are made with care and with all modifications aounted for. During our most recent visit (April 2026), sandwich artistes Vinit, Ritthi, and Harshil were exceptional. We have been frequents since 2024, and will make the trek out to Whitby given how consistent our experience has been. Thank you, FS Taunton Gardens team! “The staff is nice. Great service, and the food is good but I don't recommend eating inside. There is a mould problem or something going on near and in the bathrooms. You can smell it as soon as you go to the seats and the closer you are to the bathroom the worse the smell is. Just looking at the ceiling in the bathroom you can see there's an issue with a leak.“

“Quick friendly service. I got the BH Angus combo with a poutine and root beer through the drive through with one person in front and behind me. Only had to wait a few minutes and I was on my way. The burger was very filling and the poutine was ok, no complaints here. I should have ordered the fried jalapeño burger instead so ill give it a try next time. Give it a try if you're looking for a quick and filling bite to eat. I paid 21.46 for everything“

“I really liked how calm the whole place is and it was so clean I ordered the breakfast plate and it was so cheap but it made me full and don’t get me started on the service she was so nice she even brought me my food and any little thing I asked for plus everything was made fresh tasted so good I’ll be coming back“
