“The classic “Puffs” - small round donuts, are vegan with multiple sauce options. They are indicated on the menu with a little green leaf next to them. “The baristas always listen to our orders carefully and draw or write creative and nice things on the drink cups. The one guy was very nice. This is because he couldn't make the custom drink we showed him, but he made a similar one. He said it was on him because the drink he suggested was really expensive. These baristas work so hard and deserve appreciation. In fact, when the barista saw I was a kid they told me that most starbucks drinks were caffeinated. This was because they cared about my health and well being.“

Order takers at drivethru are the best, food/payment exchange at the window is the best - same faces for years. Fastest turn over at the window! Many Tim’s locations struggle, this one is a diamond thanks to the people.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by a highly capable and exeptional cashier. Her name was Aisha.

While taking my order, I requested a small cup with ice. Aisha, did not just put the ice inside the cup. She personalized the service by asking me if I wanted the cup to be filled up or if I need it with less than half. She even asked if a lid was needed to cover the cup.

I shop at this location because the service is great. Manager, Louise is extremely professional. I believe Aisha's service delivery reflects the kind of culture that she promotes there. I remember that about 2 months ago, after placing my order the store realized that an item was just finished. Instead of refunding, manager Louise called up another store within relative proximity to have them serve me the item just to ensure that I got everything I wanted.

“Good Tim Hortons location with friendly staff and quick service. Azmun was very polite and helpful, and made the experience pleasant. My order was prepared correctly and the place was clean. It can get a little busy during peak hours, but overall it’s a good spot for a quick coffee or bite. Would come back again.“
