“Stopped by the other day for the first time since the new store has been opened! It’s very cozy & brings back memories from going to Coffee Time as a kid all the time.
This store seems clean, has a lot of options on the menu & what I ordered tasted amazing!
They staff are super nice, they actually listen & made the iced coffee I had requested perfectly! Definitely will be back!“

This location: A-E, one star removed for locking bathroom doors. As if baristas don't already have enough to do, they have to monitor and unlock washrooms now? If security is an issue, this is a major corporation, they can hire a security manager or guard. This is not the case, so far, at the new Ritson and Beatrice location in Oshawa, though it may be coming haha.“

“I love stopping into Sugar Dust when I’m in downtown Bowmanville! The owners are absolutely lovely and really take care of their customers.

All of their products are of the highest quality and simply put, delicious (especially the coffee - so good!)

I also love that they support other local Bowmanville businesses by allowing them to sell their food products in their store.

Definitely the best coffee shop downtown and I highly recommend stopping in for lunch or your daily coffee!“

“This is the best Starbucks location I’ve been to. I live walking distance from another Starbucks, but always choose to drive to this one instead. I’m very introverted, but the staff always fill in for my lack of social skills. They are very welcoming and all of them are very pleasant and friendly even during rush hours. I don’t know how they do it.

Many times, they have even personally delivered my drink to my table. But please don’t expect that, just appreciate it when it happens, like I do.

Also, the space is large and relaxing. I can always find a place to sit.

“We've been looking for a new coffee shop and came across this Coffee Time. We use to go to Tim Hortons, but it is just not the same, definitely not Canadian anymore. We find Tim Hortons are not clean, the service is terrible and the bathrooms are always disgusting. The Coffee Time was very quiet, clean and the service was friendly, fast and we got exactly what we ordered. The bagels were delicious and we were even told which one was double toasted, we also received napkins with our food which is very rare these days. So thank you for making our experience a good one and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Coffee Time.

“It's a mortifying but still kinda nice experience when you visit a place often enough that every employee knows your name and order on sight. Everyone is super friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the pearls are consistently a nice chewable texture (sadly uncommon with boba)“

“I had some time to kill, so bought and enjoyed breakfast at this location. The staff are incredible. Knew a bunch of regulars by name, and order. A homeless gentleman came in and their demeanor didn't change as they pleasantly asked him if he wanted his French vanilla. A woman and her child came in and one of the employees came around the counter and had a very warm interaction. So much humanity in such a tiny shop, it was truly heartwarming“
