“Stopped into the Hampton Coffee Time this morning and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the service was genuinely friendly and quick – the staff greeted me with a smile and had my order ready in no time.
The location is super convenient, right off the main road, and the parking lot is fantastic – plenty of spots and easy to get in and out. No hunting for parking like at other places. Prices are reasonable (not overpriced at all), and it never feels overcrowded, so you can actually sit and enjoy your coffee without stress.
The whole place has great vibes – clean, cozy, and welcoming. Perfect for a quick morning pickup or relaxing with a drink and a snack. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

“I went to the Haunted Market in Maine yesterday and grabbed a bag of the Bananas Fosters coffee. I had it this morning and I immediately had to tell others how delicious it is!! Not sweet and lovely notes of banana. Highly recommend. Looking forward to trying the other flavors! 🥰“

“It's a mortifying but still kinda nice experience when you visit a place often enough that every employee knows your name and order on sight. Everyone is super friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the pearls are consistently a nice chewable texture (sadly uncommon with boba)“

“We've been looking for a new coffee shop and came across this Coffee Time. We use to go to Tim Hortons, but it is just not the same, definitely not Canadian anymore. We find Tim Hortons are not clean, the service is terrible and the bathrooms are always disgusting. The Coffee Time was very quiet, clean and the service was friendly, fast and we got exactly what we ordered. The bagels were delicious and we were even told which one was double toasted, we also received napkins with our food which is very rare these days. So thank you for making our experience a good one and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Coffee Time.

“We did not try the food but it looked good. However, atmosphere was great. The sitting area opens to a small mall. It was nice to watch people coming and going while enjoying coffee. Stable wifi. None of the staff were concerned when we loitered for hours with one coffee“

A homeless gentleman came in and their demeanor didn't change as they pleasantly asked him if he wanted his French vanilla. A woman and her child came in and one of the employees came around the counter and had a very warm interaction. So much humanity in such a tiny shop, it was truly heartwarming“

Today I went to oshawa center with my son to buy coffee in Starbucks and I told the cashier it was my son’s birthday. At another location he didn’t get a drink because they were asking so many questions if he has app and loyalty etc.
The cashier’s name was Jot, and she was so kind and humble. She said, 'No problem, I will get him a free drink.' Omg, she made my son’s day!
I was also watching another employee, Christine, and I could see how tired and sweaty she was. But the way she made the drinks was unbelievable with all the love.
I love these two girls and how they do their job with love and honesty. I wish all Starbucks employees treated their customers this way.
