The location at the Oshawa Centre is going down hill. They are always out of menu items on a consistant basis that it gives the impression they are going under. Seversal times in the past 2 weeks while attempting to order from the app it says at check out item not available. I was told that the manager has drastically cut back on what is allowed to be ordered for the business at the customers expense. Worst Tim Hortons.
