“Friendliest staff of any location I’ve been to, and also the quickest. I’m always greeted happily and by name whenever I come in. I’ve had many great chit chats and laughs with some of the baristas here. They always have my iced water ready with my order without me even asking. They actually care that you’re happy with your beverage! It’s my favourite Starbucks in the area.“

“One of the best starbucks I’ve ever visited! I’ve wanted to try the new macadamia cream brew but I was told that it’s not vegan as it’s unfortunately pre-mixed with dairy and I also prefer hot coffees rather than cold. The one who took my order suggested how they can make it vegan with my choice of plant-based milk. Asa my order was placed, I was handed over the drink as the barista paid attention to our conversation ? how amazing is that! I am now considering moving closer to this Starbucks ? as my faith in people caring about serving their customers has been restored and I am not even exaggerating! Lol“

“My wife came in to get splenda for a tims drink that was poorly made. The drink got spilled on my lap and I was already having a bad day. She went back in and the barista asked how she was, listened to her story and made us both drinks.What a gentleman. He made a diffrrence to us that day. That Starbucks would hire such an upstanding fellow shows their priority of hiring great people and this dude really came through with his huge heart.Having worked hospitality myself, he showed compassion through service. “I swung by Starbucks today and was blown away by Joshua’s warmth and sincerity. My order was nothing fancy, but he still went out of his way to make sure I was getting the most out of my visit—he offered suggestions, answered all my questions, and had this genuinely caring vibe that’s hard to come by. To top it off, when I tried to leave him a tip for his help, he politely turned it down, saying he just wanted me to enjoy my day. “I only go when Tracy, christina and their sandwich maker (can’t remember her name in sorry) are working and it’s always 10/10. My sandwich is always loaded with bacon and coffee is always made perfectly. You can tell they truly take pride in serving their community.
