Best Tim Hortons I have been too. Staff is super fast and nice. Saw a young man outside picking up garbage which was nice to see as the one I go to in Scarborough has garbage EVERYWHERE. So nice to see this establishment cares about their property.
S-L-O-W. If you are in a hurry, don't stop here.There were 8 people buzzing around the drive thru window and area, but no one on the front counter. The man in front of me had to ask if the counter was closed? Because we were stNding waiting, line I side getting longer and longer but no one at front counter. Walking past but completely ignoring everyone in line.

Drive thru customer service absolutely sucks. I hate saying this because there are still two ladies there who are absolutely fantastic. The rest of the drive thru employees are unfriendly, slow and incompetent. Just a suggestion, instead of holding the food and hot drinks out the window while carrying on a conversation with the other staff, leaving the customer chasing your wandering hand to grab their purchase, interact with the customer making eye contact.
