Great visit this weekend. :-) there was enough seating and fast service what more could u ask for?!
What a beautiful place to sit and have breakfast. My first time at this place, as I'm used to Tims, but I will return.
Please give John a promotion or raise. I’m not sure if that’s his name but he has glasses. He is always so nice and makes the drinks good. He is very hard working, usually working afternoons. The middle age women is rude, I think she’s the manager. She seems like she doesn’t want to work there and I could tell she’s in a bad mood today. However, there have been some inconsistencies in service. A recent visit by a family of four highlighted this issue, as they experienced delays with their drinks. Although they received their food and two coffees quickly, they had to wait longer for the remaining drinks due to a mix-up. When the barista was informed, she provided the missing coffees, but they did not taste right.
On the positive side, many customers have had amazing experiences, praising the staff for their quick service and helpful suggestions. For instance, John impressed a customer with his ability to handle a large order while keeping the mood light with jokes. Another customer appreciated Brennen for being the sweetest barista, making their first visit special. Additionally, a customer shared how Carrie provided excellent assistance over the phone, helping them purchase a cup for their sister.
