“Visited for the first time (Whitby location). Staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. I got a sugar cannoli and some of their custard tarts, as well a club sandwich and gingerbread latte to go. The sandwich was amazing -- freshly cooked bacon and chicken. Just delicious. The coffee was very good. We had the cannoli and tarts for dessert tonight and they were FABULOUS! We will definitely be back. Wonderful first experience!“

“I called Cupcake Goodness last-minute to order 40 nut-free cupcakes which had to be individually wrapped so that I could bring them to school for my son’s class on his birthday, which falls on Valentine’s Day. Knowing how busy Valentine’s Day likely is for business, paired with my last-minute and extremely high-maintenance request, I doubted that I’d be able to make this happen. After seeing my options in the area and reading customer reviews for many bakeries, I decided on Cupcake Goodness because of the exciting options they offered for their cupcakes and the reviews. I called and was pleasantly greeted by a very cheerful woman I would later learn is named Carla. Carla was very patient with me as I told her what I needed. She answered all of my questions, made suggestions that were very helpful, and walked me through how to place the order online. Poor Carla even accommodated about 5 different pick-up time changes within 10 hours and never once complained (don’t you dare do it to her too, though!!!!!). She was pleasant, friendly, and even laughed with me through all the changes.When I went to pick up the cupcakes the next morning, I could smell the deliciousness of her baking as I approached her building and was immediately excited to see her final product. Carla was so sweet, and the pick-up took mere seconds! Everything was ready to go, individually packaged as requested, and she even labelled each individual cupcake as well as listed how many of each cupcake was in the box and the ingredients of each one so that the kids in the class could all pick based on their preference (I forgot to take a photo where she outlined the ingredients and amount of each cupcake).I am beyond grateful to Carla for her patience, her willingness to accommodate my constantly-changing timeline, and for the mere love of her art which is very evident in the product she delivered! Delicious mouth-watering YUM in every bite!I will be returning to Carla for any and all baking needs in the future, and you should, too!Carla - thank you times a million (plus 40 ?)!

“On Saturday I hosted a get together for my friends and had chosen Cordon Sue to cater. BEST decision ever! The pinwheel sandwiches were so fresh and made with only the best ingredients. The cheese tray was excellent. I had ordered cupcakes and a small sweet tray. Which can only be described as decadent. My friends were so impressed! Delivery was right on time. “we always order the chicken from here, rice and potatoes and finally got to go in for lunch and try the hot table we had the fish in cream, aswell as pork and clams, and a famous Portuguese dish called Bacalu Bras (excuse the spelling) we loved it all!

“This was my first time ordering with Abi and I will definitely be coming back! I ordered a two tier buttercream cake with fresh flowers and OMG... it was absolutely stunning! My cake turned out amazing, not only was she able to create a cake identical to the reference photo I sent, but she somehow made it better?!?! I'm so used to other cake decorators leaving dents in the buttercream, but abi's attention to detail is crazyyy, the cake was smooth and sleek all around. The cake was elegant yeah but OMG the taste. This cake was hands down the BEST cake I've ever had! 10/10 Amazing experience, I'm now a returning customer!“
