When I got there to pick them up, the lady said oh sorry, we sold out." I said, "Excuse me, I phoned my order in. She said, "Sorry, your bag was accidently sold." OH gosh, I said, so when I pick my bag of buns up tomorrow, they'll be for free, OK? I showed up the next day to get my buns, and she charged me full price ! “This store and staff are so great..I have a friend that has worked there for almost twenty years, now..It is a cost to every business, the closer they are to the excessive mismanagement of Downtown Oshawa.So, again, this Tim's is a great store..Great seating.Great Drive Thru.Still a safe store, but, you will see the Cops lit up there 3x per week, or, more..They have to keep their Washrooms locked.Access upon request, if one is a welcome patron..That alone tell's you about the geo-locational proximity to Downtown Oshawa..That is the city's Legislative-Adminstrative skill level..Try to support this store anyways..They're doing a fantastic community service..!!!“

They are delicious and each piece is beautifully crafted to perfection. My personal favourite is the Pandan (Coconut) flavoured Silvana. “Berry Hill has quickly become our absolute favorite restaurant in Oshawa. The food is all fresh and real, the staff are delightful, and the atmosphere comfortable and inviting. Have tried most of the menu by now. The BLT AVO is my go to lunch, but today I branched out with the "In the Garden" Grilled Cheese and a side of deeply fragrant tomato soup for dipping and sipping. Amazing! Served by the ever friendly and helpful Byron, who mixed me up a lovely warm boozy coffee to go with my lunch. Five stars!“

“The service inside was great and they accommodated my request for our order. Our sandwiches were made with all fresh ingredients and they were so delicious. The coleslaw and pickle was a great side. They had a charity cupcake (that tasted great) with some proceeds going to an organization that supports indigenous people. Very lovely experience, highly recommended!“
“I'm giving them 5 stars because the owner is a very nice gentleman, and met him during my visit, so I don't want to negatively impact their score, but the jerk is why I went in, and it was alright, definitely not 5 stars. Wish it was a little more spicy, maybe if it had some gravy, but it was dry. Even when I asked for some gravy, the Asian male worker putting together the food watched me like I committed a crime. I wish the owner was there to see, but he went to the back. Which is nuts, because the lady taking orders is very nice, and she even asked if I wanted oxtail gravy, which I said yes. I mean I understand the environment in Oshawa you're trying to attend to, but when your ppl come in, maybe understand we want the real taste, and not the basic standard, and try to accommodate? How much would it put you out for a little more gravy or offer some pepper sauce? Now, I don't know if I'd go back, which sucks, cause I was hoping this place would be it for jerk in Oshawa, as a man from Malvern who knows Alwyns from small. “The Apricot Bread and Cinnamon Loaf are sooo good! We toasted the apricot bread with butter for after dinner dessert. we made French toast from the Cinnamon loaf for breakfast. Both are delicious! What a treat! Thank you to the polite and friendly folks working there for the positive experience!“

The entire experience right from ordering to execution was great. They told me exactly what they could do, the size that it would come in etc. When we picked up the cake, we were so delighted. The sunflower sourdough was delicious, the Cinnamon loaf was amazing and my toddler loves the small white buns! The staff informed that at end of the day they donate anything left to local charities. “I called Cupcake Goodness last-minute to order 40 nut-free cupcakes which had to be individually wrapped so that I could bring them to school for my son’s class on his birthday, which falls on Valentine’s Day. Knowing how busy Valentine’s Day likely is for business, paired with my last-minute and extremely high-maintenance request, I doubted that I’d be able to make this happen. After seeing my options in the area and reading customer reviews for many bakeries, I decided on Cupcake Goodness because of the exciting options they offered for their cupcakes and the reviews. I called and was pleasantly greeted by a very cheerful woman I would later learn is named Carla. Carla was very patient with me as I told her what I needed. She answered all of my questions, made suggestions that were very helpful, and walked me through how to place the order online. Poor Carla even accommodated about 5 different pick-up time changes within 10 hours and never once complained (don’t you dare do it to her too, though!!!!!). She was pleasant, friendly, and even laughed with me through all the changes.When I went to pick up the cupcakes the next morning, I could smell the deliciousness of her baking as I approached her building and was immediately excited to see her final product. Carla was so sweet, and the pick-up took mere seconds! Everything was ready to go, individually packaged as requested, and she even labelled each individual cupcake as well as listed how many of each cupcake was in the box and the ingredients of each one so that the kids in the class could all pick based on their preference (I forgot to take a photo where she outlined the ingredients and amount of each cupcake).I am beyond grateful to Carla for her patience, her willingness to accommodate my constantly-changing timeline, and for the mere love of her art which is very evident in the product she delivered!
