“It is my first time coming to this location, but it won’t be my last. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment my family and I walked it. They were very kind and patient with us. The atmosphere of the establishment was superb. But what really stood out for us was the fact that my lil sister was allergic to sesame seed and the buns had them on it. We realized after getting our food but the staff were so kind that they remade the burger for her with out anything hesitation. They didn’t have to do that for us because it was our mistake but they did anyways. Thank you Burger factory and staff for the 5/5 star service. Will definitely be coming back in the future.“

“What a great restaurant. Our waitress went the extra mile. Even offered her recommendations of "extra cheese sauce" She was so right! Also first restaurant I have ever been to where they asked if anyone of us had a food allergy! I really appreciated this because I am allergic to cranberries. Which is in some of their salads.... “We have been ordering from Wing House Express since they opened. The convenience is great as we live in the neighbourhood. However, our last few orders have been lacking quality and customer service. Recently we ordered the game day special, and we were surprised by the lack of onion rings in our order (past orders they have been full to the top), this order would be suitable for one person, not two. We also did not get our dipping sauces, that come with the meal. By the time we realized, it was too late, and my husband didn't want to walk back. The food is amazing, we just wish the quality would improve.“

“Wow. The food is great, fresh and spiced to perfection. The chicken was tender and juicy while the gyro is so full of flavour I had to stop myself from just eating that. Thankfully the Veggies were so good I got distracted again and almost ate just those. Left completely full and feeling light. Oh and the cheese cake is a must have.“

“First time here for breakfast. Got here at opening but seems like opening was running a bit late, staff (who we later learned was the owner), allowed us to wait inside while he prepared which allowed us to go over the menu.
We ordered the Famous Burger with Fires Supreme and the ChickUn Souvlaki with a chocolate shake. Famous Burger was tasty, spot on to the Big Mac, fries supreme was also good but a little watery but that didn't ruin the flavour.
Wife loved the ChickUn Souvlaki and the chocolate shake. We ended up getting a Vopper and Onion rings for her mom to go and she loved them.
Also got a strawberry shake and that was my favorite of the shakes I've tried.
Really happy I found this place, reminds me of Hogtown Vegan back in the day.
Highly recommended and will be back.
And props to the owner, was friendly, answered our questions a d provided great service.

“Great food for a reasonable price and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be seated.

Steaks were perfectly prepared. I like the way the server asked that we check them when they arrived, so it could be corrected right away if not.

“I totally ordered these massive 2 pattie special whoppers with bacon. After I realized I ordered these in error, I paid for them anyway. Was like $28 or something crazy. I ate most of them in the parking lot until I felt like I was gonna explode. I was so stuffed and had this huge piece of the last burger left. There was a single seagull outside my car waiting for a bite so I threw the wad of 2 pattie meat with bacon on it to him and the seagull put the whole thing in it's throat minus a little piece of bun. I was like, holy shit I couldn't believe he tried to swallow that massive wad of meat whole. The bird looked stunned and was just sort of standing there trying to digest or breathe. I couldn't tell. Anyway, that doesn't have much to do with Burger King, but they definitely took part in this memorable experience.

“Great food, service is a mix for me. Sometimes they are ELITE and other times it's umm bad? I can't explain it but you just feel that's it off and ur food is not handled with care unlike the other service times.

Atmosphere is surprisingly okay even though the tables aren't usually clean and extremely packed.“
