“We stopped here for brunch and the pork belly sandwich was delicious! This was a stand out dish. The smoked salmon bagel was alright, I wish the bagel had more salmon and that they used a different cream cheese and added some fresh dill, but the bagel was very good. The pototoes had a great texture and were seasoned quite aggressively, but very yummy. We added them to the pork belly sandwich (which was fantastic!). We'll definitely come back and try more of the homemade smoked meat sandwiches. The pork was the star of the show!“

This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

Food are prepared fresh for each order. Staff was so friendly and accommodating with order modifications. The grilled pork banh mi was definitely one of the best I have bad. The flavor was so to die for, not too salty, nor too bland. Meat wasn't too fatty as I imagined from other pork banh mi I had in the past at other banh mi shop. Portion was so filling too. “I recently ordered from this branch and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience overall. A Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with all the veggies and honey mustard and garlic aoili sauce. The bread came out warm and soft, and the steak was actually well-portioned. The veggies were fresh and crisp, especially the lettuce and tomatoes, which made the sandwich taste clean and balanced.

What really stood out though was the service. The employee who helped me, Jaime, was friendly right from the start. He greeted me properly, didn’t rush the order even though there were a few people behind me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even suggested to lightly toast it a bit longer for better texture, and he was right, it made a difference.

Update: changing it to 4 stars (food is good) however 8 months later and I see they are going cheaper on the experience (replacing nice box for paper and less amount of meat) for the same price or more. Used to feel more luxurious, it seems the business strategy changed.“
