“I had ordered online but I selected this location when I was across the city at another. Called into the store to cancel my order because online firehouse support could not help. This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

The menu had some amazing choices but for my first go I went with the beef brisket sandwich with house BBQ, caramelized onions and chipotle aioli and it was absolutely incredible. Update: changing it to 4 stars (food is good) however 8 months later and I see they are going cheaper on the experience (replacing nice box for paper and less amount of meat) for the same price or more. Used to feel more luxurious, it seems the business strategy changed.“

Whether it’s the penne pasta, eggplant, chicken or veal sandwiches, you will never be disappointed. The cost of the food is nothing compared to the quality and portion size. My family doesn’t eat tomato sauce outside of our home because nothing comes close to authentic, but here it’s the real deal!

As well, the owner Christina goes above and beyond and all staff is so pleasant.

Really appreciate the quality of ingredients and the cheese used as well. Hot peppers are awesome too!!!

“The best thing about this place is the banh mi bun, it has just the right amount of lightness and crispiness and still has a good bite of a proper bread unlike other banh mi places whose bread are too light and crispy, almost like crackers which are so messy to eat as it falls apart at every bite.
The assorted cold cuts banh mi was good. Tried the honey sausage and I find that the portion is too small for it to be satisfying.“

“I recently ordered from this branch and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience overall. A Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with all the veggies and honey mustard and garlic aoili sauce. The bread came out warm and soft, and the steak was actually well-portioned. The veggies were fresh and crisp, especially the lettuce and tomatoes, which made the sandwich taste clean and balanced.

What really stood out though was the service. The employee who helped me, Jaime, was friendly right from the start. He greeted me properly, didn’t rush the order even though there were a few people behind me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even suggested to lightly toast it a bit longer for better texture, and he was right, it made a difference.
