AMAZING ice cream flavours...my favourite is the Gertie's Peanut Butter Pie. They also make fabulous sandwiches!
Artisanal ice cream with flavours that have nuance and layers.
The cookies were so good!!! A little confusing with the combo set up (they sell by the 5’s instead of a half dozen, etc) but loved the different flavors. Had the S’mores, Cookie Monster (Oreo), Dulce (Caramel) and chocolate chip

Good Behaviour Ice Cream and Sub Sandwiches is a popular neighborhood spot known for its great ice cream and tasty sandwiches. Customers praise the friendly and accommodating staff, highlighting their nice service and welcoming attitude. The ice cream offerings include flavors like mango mojito, bourbon, and the highly recommended Lavender Blackberry, all praised for their perfect texture and amazing taste. The passion fruit sorbet is also noted for being perfectly tart. On the sandwich side, the tuna sandwich is highly recommended, while the cold subs, such as the spicy meatball and classic, are appreciated for their delicious flavor, despite some minor issues with toppings and buns. The beef brisket sandwich received mixed reviews, with some finding it lacking flavor and being sloppy, but the staff’s quick service and the variety of snacks add to the appeal. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with excellent ice cream and satisfying sandwiches.
