“This place absolutely feels like old Toronto vibes from the 2010s. I stopped eating subway from 2021 and I took a long break from subs. I always used to pass by mr sub thinking subway is way better but now in reality I absolutely love Mr sub even more. I ordered a large white traditional grill chicken sub and it was fantastic. Such amazing workers they got at the front! Also Canadian own which makes it even better! They also have a Mr sub app to get free combos and free small or large sub after buying the 9th you would get your 10th for free.“

“Today, I visited to this Subway . As i am allergic from meat . So i told to the employee, named as Parveer . He has good nature and suggest me the good thing for my health . “TL;DR: Missed my bus, ended up at this Subway, and honestly it felt like it was meant to happen. The two ladies working here made this one of those unexpectedly wholesome experiences you do not forget.

Look I want to be clear. Subway is a chain. I can walk to one near my house any day of the week. But I would come back to this specific location on purpose, not by chance, and that says everything.

I walked in after missing my bus and the two ladies at the counter, one of them a little more senior, were dealing with a computer that had just shut down on them because of a wiring issue. They were genuinely apologetic, kept saying sorry for not being too comfortable with the tech side of things. And instead of just standing there waiting I figured, I work in retail, I know how these things go. So I stepped in, helped sort out the wiring situation and got the system back up and running.

What happened after that was just pure warmth. They were so appreciative and so genuinely sweet about the whole thing. We got talking, they took my sauce recommendations while building my subs and actually incorporated them without hesitation. That kind of openness and willingness to just connect with a customer is rare anywhere, let alone at a quick service chain.

Walked out with three subs and 2 cookies and a smile on my face. God put me at that bus stop for a reason and I am glad he did.“
