“I placed a mobile order to save time, but it still took about 30 minutes to prepare, even though there were two staff members working and no customers waiting in the store. This was very disappointing and defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
I value good customer service and timely order preparation. I hope management can review staffing performance and ensure customers’ time is respected. Please consider providing better training and improving efficiency so future customers have a better experience.“

“We travelled with a group of 75 kids and 25 adults from Ottawa to a Blue Jays game for the day and arranged for this Subway outlet to make us supper. We picked up our order, completely filled, which was organized with a name and bus number. Hiral was amazing to work with, super friendly and very well organized. Thank you thank you thank you! We will be back next year!“

“I can't speak for any other Mr Sub location but this Mr Sub is exceptional!! Honestly, my husband and I get subs at this location twice a week. Their toppings and meats are very fresh. They always make the Sub exactly how you want it and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!! I can compare to any other places because we don't go to any other places. When you find a great place with excellent quality, why are you going to take a chance being disappointed elsewhere!! If you're looking for a delicious lunch or dinner you will NOT be disappointed here!! Love it!!“

“I was heading in to work and i stopped for a sandwich and was served by a red haired lady and her customer service skills were horrible she took almost 12 -15 minutes to make the sandwich and didn’t even asked if I wanted anything else just rang it in and gave the total. I’ve been in there many times and normally the young dark hair girl and the blonde lady are normally so bubbly and fast!“

“Normally, I tend to be critical in my reviews, but this time, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service! The young man working at the counter, I believe his name is Arsh or Aksash (apologies if I got it wrong), provided excellent service and the best customer experience.
This was my second visit to this location but my first time meeting him. He was quick, efficient, and handled the food with great care. I just wanted to say thank you , keep up the fantastic work!
No concerns on my end, and I’d love to return. 5+ stars for both the location and the service by this individual!“

“Went in on Friday as a first timer ! The food was amazing honestly will never go to another sub shop again! The staff were so friendly and were working their tails off! As someone who has work in the food industry for YEARS they we’re definitely feeling the push of a rush! Was told by the sweetest young lady that one of their manager was in the hospital :( . All I can say is 5 out of 5 isn’t enough. Will be back 100 percent again ! For the food and the staff they made me and my husband feel like long time friends.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it – fresh, delicious, and perfectly put together. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
While the washroom situation in the plaza isn’t ideal (totally outside of Subway’s control), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else about my visit was outstanding. Clean store, great food, and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I thought Firehouse Subs was too expensive originally, but they started to offer great promos on the app so now I go regularly. They have a great variety of options and the food has always been fresh and filling with quality ingredients. I definitely recommend.“
