I had a great experience at Subway! The service was excellent, and Orbal was so kind, patient, and friendly. She made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted and was very welcoming. I really appreciated her amazing customer service and will definitely be coming back!

Subway is a chain restaurant that offers various sandwich options. However, there have been some issues with the food and service. One customer found their 6 inch rotisserie chicken sub to be bland and dry, even with sub sauce. The staff did not listen to their request for tomatoes and added onions instead. Another customer, who has special needs, faced difficulties in specifying the ingredients for an Italian sub. The service also seemed rushed and unfriendly, making for an unpleasant dining experience. The food and service may not provide good value for some customers.
